All Ouidad products I have tried, and spent a small fortune on, have been terrible! My hair is greasy,weighed down, extremely frizzy, and dried out. Don’t waste your money on this company’s products.

My order was marked as delivered but I never received it. I’ve attempted to contact customer service through phone and email and have yet to reach a real person. This brand doesn’t care at all about the customer experience.

Ouidad never shipped an item. I paid in full, waited over a month, and whenever I reached out to their customer service dept, I only got AI robots. Nobody answers the telephone number (sometimes it just gives a warning saying it’s out of service). I had to file a dispute with Shop/Affirm, and was able to get my money back that way. Otherwise, I would have been stuck waiting in limbo forever. I’m done with buying directly from this company, and likely just done (full-stop) as I don’t want to support a terrible company like this.

Ouidad Advanced Climate Control Heat Humidity Gel is a life changer! wow! I use kinky curly custard but in the summer, i need humidity help bc my hair gets big and frizzy. This Ouidad Advanced Climate Control Heat Humidity Gel works! my curls were defined, hydrated and not crunchy. In this 90 degree heat my curls were still in tact hours later. WOW, it works! This is my new go to and main product! just wish it was a bit more affordable. but love it

I am loyal to this brand as its the only one that makes products that work well for my curly hair. I love most of their products but my favorite all time product is the Climate Control Heat & Humidity gel. It works wonders on my locks. I've tried other brands, but none compare to this product!! Its the best out there. I gave them 4 stars because I'm disappointed that now they charge for shipping. I know change is necessary but they should reconsider their loyal customers like myself, who've been buying from them for years!!

Incredibly poor customer service. Misleading advertising. Canceled ordered within seconds when I noticed the advertised gift hadn’t been added. Messaged customer service multiple times. Still sent the order and eventually responded when I opened case with the payment service, with their return policy expecting me to pay for shipping and waste my time because of their incompetence.

Truly terrible customer service. Even with a clear product defect they gave me the runaround and never replaced my order. I loved my first bottle of into thin hair (minus the fragrance) but was given an entirely different formula in the second bottle. My travel sized purchase of climate gel also arrived leaking everywhere. I don’t know why they waste money on a customer service team when they have no intention of helping anyone or standing by the quality of their products.

Horrendous IT department. I have had multiple orders from Ouidad canceled without notice. I’ve worked with customer service reps who said they’d “look into it”, told to reorder just to have the order cancelled again. My mom tried to order products from the website with the same result. I do a lot of my shopping online and I have never received such poor service especially for such expensive products. They actually suggested I order from Amazon, where I would risk being scammed with fake products. I’m looking for new curly girl products now for mom and me.

Horrible customer service
I made an international order and it was not processed for 10 days. In that time I found another site that does free shipping and they carry ouidad. So I emailed Ouidad.com to cancel my order and made an order from the other websites. Ouidad.com ignored my cancellation for 2 days then literally emailed me a second after they shipped my order saying oh no, can't be cancelled they courier just picked it up. What the hell!! Even if, you can contact your courier and have them drive it back, instead of me paying another international shipping fee to return it! Never purchasing from ouidad.com again

Ordered over a month ago using their international shipping via Globalshopex, no updates from them, generic responses to emails with excuses such as IT glitches, waiting for carrier, will be updated next week- then the following week, absolute joke! Ouidad don’t take any responsibility for the problems despite reaching out to them to help. After all the products were ordered on their website and they use Globalshopex to fulfil international orders. Really disappointed with the service received from both Globalshopex and Ouidad.
