After researching prices for some equestrian items across the Internet I found OutdoorGB to be the most competitive. Delivery was quick and well informed, with tracking. Sadly on opening my order, I found one item to be defective. I contacted customer service and got a pdq response on a resolve. Royal mail collected the item the very next day and I received a replacement within 5 days. Absolutely amazing service from OutdoorGB, communication was so quick, no chasing them at all. Kept me informed throughout. Will most definitely be buying from them again and recommending them to others. Fab service and company.

This was my first time using Outdoor GB. I placed an order for a Musto Jacket without reading the reviews on Trustpilot beforehand (which is not like me). After reading the reviews, I really thought I had made a poor online purchase, but I was wrong. I paid for next day delivery and the parcel arrived on the Tuesday as advertised. I couldn't be more pleased.

Good product, good price and fast delivery. BUT went to exchange for a different model as the helmet didn't fit him properly, but they only do free exchanges on the exact same helmet, very misleading on their site as it doesn't mention this.

Ordered a camo hoodie. Took weeks to ship and when it arrived it didn't even remotely resemble the camo pattern in the image

Choice & prices are good but just be aware there is zero customer service if anything goes wrong. It all sounds good on the website & there is even a faulty product “guarantee”.
I bought a Craghoppers product recently that was faulty after only a few uses and not only would they not honour the guarantee but they wouldn’t even respond to my repeated communications.
I will probably use more reputable outdoor supplier for future purchases so just letting others know how bad the customer service is if you need to return or have any faults with your purchase.

I ordered a computer case for a good discount (over 50%). They confirmed the order and took my money. They then wrote a further email saying: "Unfortunately, due to a website pricing error caused by a technical glitch, the item was listed at the incorrect price. As a result, we were unable to honour the order and have processed a full refund to your original payment method." Except they didn't pay me any refund. I am still chasing. is this a scam?

I hadn’t used outdoorGB before but they had the items I was looking for, ordering and delivery process all worked well and was quick. There was a small issue with one of the items I received, so I emailed to flag it, and they promptly gave me a free post returns label and then sent out a replacement item in time for my holiday, great service, will use again.

Awful. Avoid!!! Poor communication on order updates.
Turns out they had no stock and were awaiting delivery, even though at the time of purchase it was "available for order" (I had to contact customer services twice to chase).
Maybe they operate a drop shipping model??
Eventually after two weeks the item was finally sent....... By Evri......

Promised 48 hour delivery but after a further 5 working days of no Evri updates I asked for a refund.

Thankfully the customer service agent was quick to respond and issued a refund immediately.

Item was on offer at the time, so took the plunge (having not used the retailer before).
Item price is no longer competitive, so I will not return. Save yourself time, energy and disappointment. I would not recommend this retailer.... Unless absolutely desperate!

Ordered Argyle jacket which was received within the expected time. Had some small issues with the stitching and was offered a replacement. However I declined and requested a refund. This was agreed and the refund has been received. I must stress that communication through was excellent.

The slightly discounted price for an mtb helmet seemed attractive but roughly 3 weeks later I still haven't received it and they have not tried to fulfil the order by resending. I have zero confidence in this company; they sent no order confirmation and respond only to emails from me seeking to escalate the matter. I would to almost any other retailer in preference to these people. There is a lingering sense of unease in every communication. Their phones are cut off and if they are not already bust they must be heading that way. Avoid !!! I'm now left trying to get my refund from the bank

Excellent experience - bought a Musto jacket that was half the price on this website compare to others. Bargain. Signed up to Newsletter and immediately received free postage as well. Arrived within 2 day of ordering. Brilliant service and I would certainly buy from them again. Pays to shop around and it's not always the huge companies that offer the best prices and service. Took £130 and disappeared. Ordered a pair of shorts, paid in full, and never received them. No dispatch confirmation, no communication whatsoever. Tried calling — the phone number has been disconnected. Emailed them — no response. Complete silence.

It has since come to light that the company went into administration and relaunched as a new entity, conveniently walking away from all outstanding orders and customer liabilities. Yet somehow they still get to keep thousands of positive reviews from the old business. Disgraceful.

Now having to go through my bank to recover my money via chargeback. Avoid at all costs — this company cannot be trusted with your money.

12 days and no product, and no contact or update without me prompting, after reading other reviews it seems this is not unusual. Possibly avoid and shop elsewhere.

Placed an order on the 12th April, courier delivered to the wrong door and left it outside. I have not received my order and now its 7th May with no refund or replacement.

They say the courier is investigating but outdoorgb are now ignoring my emails.

Use another supplier

Ordered a POC MTB helmet with a delivery estimate of 2-7 working days. 11 working days later it still hasn't shipped.

Excellent service. A query to customer service answered within a few hours. The product I ordered (a bicycle helmet) arrived within a day and a half perfectly wrapped. Almost unheard of to receive such a quick delivery. All kudos to this company !

Company unable to be contacted. Emails not responded to and both listed telephone numbers listed are not in service. No way to get authorisation to return unsuitable goods within 30 day window. Wake up Edward Giles and honour your policies.

Still awaiting delivery off cycle glasses 4 weeks after order no way would I use these again

Ordered from their website & it stated 3-9 "working days" for delivery, which is quite a range of time for an estimate. There was no other communication from them until it was shipped... yes, you guessed it... ON the 9th day, so it was already late before it left them.

The tracking number & link they sent were 2 items in the same email, strange as every other purchase I make online sends a link TO the actual item being tracked. No, not with OutdoorGB. They sent the tracking company page & the tracking number, not the connection.
THEN the tracking didn't work on the Evri page on the most widely used browser in the world. I have an Evri account & am very familiar with it's process, yet this tracking failed to work once. When I enquired, was eventually told "Well it's working here" implying the error's at my end. (Funny how the 5 other Evri packages I have inbound didn't replicate this, eh?).

So a day late & rubbish connection to tracking later, it did arrive, with my regular Evri driver. Items were intact & were what I ordered but the extended process can be beaten easily & frankly, the dispatch time seems to have been sent on a "When did we say we'd send it?" approach.
I learned this firm has had a recent management buy-out & while I wish all companies luck in the current economic situation, I'll not be back to this one. However, if you don't need it quickly & saving a couple of quid is important to you, then "you pays your money & takes your chance".
The biggest thing I saw here was inconsistency, especially after reading other reviews. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.
