Amazing service from pre-order to receiving the product next day. I was very skeptical after reading e reviews, therefore, I emailed before ordering and Stan replied next day advising what was in stock and continued to help via email with all my questions.

Product was shipped the same day as I ordered before 3pm and I received it next day in the morning.
This was also the first time I received something from Nesparcel and wow - they were really very efficient. The driver called me half an hour before that he was on his way.
Very happy with my purchase and my little one is having great fun with it too.

I just have to write a review as we were sceptical at first to order from the company after reading the reviews, but we are so glad that we did though!

We ordered the Smoby garden playhouse with the little kitchen extra and had such a wonderful experience. To be honest I have never had such a great experience as what I have experienced buying from Outdoorspeelgoed. The order went through immediately the next day and within 2 days our order was delivered. We did not expect that as we are located in Limburg and expected the delivery to even take longer than usual.

We had nothing to complain about and received all parts of our order. We had a lovely experience and would not hesitate to buy from them again as they had also the best price for what we ordered. Really happy with company!
