Outdoor Stages is a event staging company based in across three locations Surrey, Hampshire & London but we work across the whole of the UK proving festival & event production services to small to large outdoor festival to smaller local pop up fates & fairs. Our mobile covered stages are based on a arc roof system for our 6 meter X 4 meter & 10 meter by 8 meters stages then we have our largest 12 meter by 10 meter apex roof system for the largest of shows. Outdoor Stages stocks not only the staging but we also hire out the sound, event lighting packages & of course the LED video wall systems as well alongside offering our festival promoters pit barrier & flown PA wings & towers for line array systems.

Very good festival stage hire /…

Very good festival stage hire / management service! Super friendly and knowledgeable team who help run our event (700 guests for an outside corporate party) Smooth and nothing was to much trouble. They helped find a suitable venue for the stage as they had worked on the site before and recommended the best power hire company to meet our needs and of course our budget! I would highly recommend and will be sure to be using outdoor stages again for our companies events.

Hired a stag for an event after finding…

Hired a stag for an event after finding them through Google search. They were very helpful and offered great customer support even when I kept changing my mind about what stage size we needed. Professional delivery and all the stage equipment arrived in what seemed to be great condition. A service I would highly recommend if staging is what you need.

Professional team

Professional team, quality staging systems, easy to deal with. Quick set-up of the stage and even quicker breakdown!. Complete support throughout our festival. Thoroughly recommended & very pleased to of found them, next time I'll book the whole package as well including the sound & lighting equipment.
