Paid ₹2,998 — No Access, No Communication, No Refund Response

I paid ₹2,998 for the Generative AI Bootcamp B7 (June 6-8, 2026). On the day of the event, I received absolutely zero communication — no joining link, no email, no notification on their Outskill platform.
I checked everything:
Platform notifications — empty
Announcements section — empty
Email — nothing received
Spam folder — nothing
I sent an urgent email at 8:01 AM on June 6th and messaged them on Instagram. No response received

This is not a one-time mistake — hundreds of customers report the same pattern of no communication, wrong batch enrollment, and refund requests being completely ignored.
They use aggressive "limited seats" fear tactics to pressure you into buying, take your money, and then go silent.

Avoid Outskill and GrowthSchool entirely. Save your money.

I came across Outskill online, thought it looked genuine, and enrolled in their camp. I paid ₹2,000 for a webinar that was scheduled today. The webinar day came and went — no link, no access, no response. Nothing.
I have not received any communication from them explaining what happened or offering any resolution. The whole experience feels like they just took the money and disappeared.
Reading other reviews, I can see this is not an isolated incident. People are reporting ignored refund requests, fake "live" sessions that are actually pre-recorded, and zero accountability. This is not how a legitimate education platform operates.
I am currently in the process of raising a UPI dispute and filing a complaint with NPCI. I would strongly advise anyone considering Outskill to think twice and research thoroughly before paying anything.
Avoid.

Do not fall for the "once-in-a-lifetime discount" panic. Everything taught in the paid versions can generally be mastered via free documentation, YouTube channels, and standard experimentation.

I can confirm GrowthSchool and Outskill are absolute scams. Paid ₹2,000 for their AI bootcamp after a heavily marketed weekend webinar. When I dug into the online horror stories, I asked for a refund. They ignored every single email, but the funniest/worst part? A few days later, they emailed me a "Course Completion Certificate" for a course I never even did! They don't care about education; they just want your transaction. I never received the service I paid for. The promised subscription was not delivered, and I was not given a refund. After that, there has been no communication at all. Very disappointing experience

I have not gotten an correspondence since payment was made. I have changed my mind about taking part in the bootcamp and I would appreciate a refund. I have sent an email and I would appreciate a quick response to my request.

They play a recorded session CLAUDE 101 every week - People think its live. and then promote their 199 USD course. Only when the dates of the sessions are shown ( which shows every month) they mute his voice. ( VRY VERY SMART). They promise a bunch of freebies which never reach you. And then in the recording , Vaibhav tells Phani - we will increase the quota above 50 people putting more pressure.

I enrolled for this paid course and then asked for a refund which they thank fully processed.

NONE Of the freebies promised were given. They promise to send you in 24 hours. YOU dont get them

EVen his screen shot had payment dates as 22nd May and 12 th JUne. But the link had payment dates for 12th June, 17th July , so you see its a fully recorded session.

He asks these questions on recorded session - folks do you think this is mind blowing ! and all those hearts and thumps up are recorded fooling people.

I joined the paid bootcamp from 16 may to 18 may. The content by others was better than the Growth School owners and staff which was just a marketing effort to sell more paid events.

The biggest issue was not one of the questions asked by me in Zoom meeting on all three days were answered, nor my email to them saying that my questions need to be answered was ever replied. Just blank wall of some AI operated webinar.

I received more marketing emails and WhatsApp and I again sent messages with my questions but till today none have been replied. It is all AI managed and Owner and Staff take pride that all their videos, ads, images are all AI generated including the text spoken in the social media videos. It seems real. People are only involved in up-sales and not customer satisfaction. Basic questions about the content and about promised items like certificates etc are never replied. Just a hand full of people get replies, who may be their own puppets in the webinar.

I held senior management positions in IT company and know when a "bootcamp" is merely a marketing gimmick and when audience centric.

If such is the case, I could have just watched YouTube videos at least the expectation of getting a response would not have been there.

Bad experience.

I wish I could give them 5 stars because the content of the course was really good. Unfortunately, the customer service has been horrible before and after the course. They promised to share the recordings, which four days later still have not happened. They don't respond to customer care inquiries. This is really disappointing, and thank God I did not sign up for their bigger program, because it would have been a nightmare. I'm sure they have great potential; they just need to care about their clients more.

Vaibhav Sinisty is just a snake oil salesman. The "Claude 101" workshop was just 90 minutes of this conman walking through basic features of multiple different AI tools. He showed a demo of Perplexity's Model Counsel feature while neglecting to mention that the feature is only available on their Max tier which is over $150 a month. I'm sure this workshop will enthrall those who are completely AI illiterate, but for anyone else save your time. I'm fairly certain, most if not all, the other AI tools showcased in this "CLAUDE 101" workshop are paying Outskill for marketing their products.

The webinar is also clearly prerecorded. Which would be fine, if they were upfront about it. Instead they debase themselves by faking interactions with the audience, all of which is hidden from you. They even reference "accidentally" having the chat on a setting that only the host can see the attendee's messages. It's a clever tactic, but again, only if you, the attendee, are tech illiterate.

Dear Outskill team,

Your vision to build 1,000,000 trained AI people is commendable. But after payment is made - it is more than painful to deal with you all. I was assigned a staff and despite her efforts things were chaotic. A corporation would be discouraged in doing bsuienss wiht you all. The course is self paced and my staff (I sent two) are so far disappointed. If you are going to offer "recorded" sessions - you need to state that upfront even if you are using HeyGen and Eleven labs to fool people. I was going to send my company staff through your course. Rather than continue my complaint I would offer some real constructive changes:

a) State these are recorded pr pre-recorded and self paced study session
b) The pressurized sale pitch at the time of initial introduction reveals the fact that this is to quickly secure someone's money before telling them (a)
c) If you are going to make the first week fairly basic - I suggest you outline the curriculum in detail as it was a waste of time for most of my staff. You will risk people getting disengaged.
d) Invest in post sales customer support - most of it seems AI driven and yet the time zones and the connection with your team is ad hoc at best.
e) There is no mechanism to move registrations efficiently for corporations from one employee to another in the event of holidays, bereavement leave etc: that employees experience.
f) There should be a session workbook or building requirement in the first week as that was the universal complaint of both of my employees.

Just finished 3 day bootcamp. It was worth rh time . Every person out their needs to take this course,

I joined the bootcamp about Generative AI and it's only the second day out of 3, but so far the material is very solid and they organized everything in a great way. It's intensive, very clear, we have time to practice a little, but there are so many ideas to future me, so I can't wait for Monday to start exploring everything myself. Thank you the Outskill team.

Update 30th May - I have shared the details again as per the response to this review by Outskill. Again absolutely radio silence. If they want to resolve the issue it is very simple search on the registration (Raghu Thirumalai). Definitely Scam.

I attended the Claude 101 session hosted by Outskill.ai, and it was a highly disappointing, entirely one-sided experience. The session appeared to be prerecorded, and despite sending multiple messages during the webinar regarding the course content, schedule, timings, and lifetime access, absolutely none of my questions were answered. The host used high-pressure sales tactics to create artificial FOMO (fear of missing out) and urgency, claiming the price would inflate if we didn’t sign up immediately.

During the promise of a full refund, they will not respond to your any mails or WhatsApp messages. The communication has been nonexistent. I have emailed their "Hi" email address multiple times and have been met with total silence. No one has responded to my emails, and the single point of contact they promised has never been assigned.

It feels entirely misleading to promise a money-back guarantee and then completely ignore paying customers once they have your money. Be very careful, the positive reviews seem highly managed by the company itself. I am demanding that my enrollment be canceled and my refund processed as a priority.

Attended the 2-day AI Engineer something workshop, and the experience was awful, other than unprofessionally using WhatsApp group to coordinate with participants, the blatant lies about it being live and the direct advertising about paid courses and FOMO is bad.

With all honesty the course's content was acceptable to some extent, as it was useful in a sense that it teaches something that general AI users wouldn't know, but as an undergraduate who's already into computer science and AI it didn't help.

I hope Outskill the best, but their hypocrisy about it being live and interactive is bad, and the selling of their courses is also bad.

Finally, don't get into their courses, it's not interactive, and I'm not talking about exercises and what not, but even the chat is not, and there's barely any response, or maybe I was just ignored because I was asking about it being live or not.

This is Indian scammers at their finest . I attended their webinar for Claude followed by upsell for reduced price course and many other promises like access to few AI tools free of cost and that I will recieve email in 24 hours to get access to all these tools. I haven’t heard a single word from them. They use pressure sales techniques like on 50 seats available while I checked the course register link the other day. Still said limited seats available on same discounted prices .

Their live sessions are not live at all, these are pre recorded sessions they play over and over again thinking we are fools .

What a joke these guys are. Never ever take course from this so called AI Gurus

I registered for a boot camp for June 12th but still was enrolled into their may boot camp session. Inspite of constant emails and chases no one has bothered to come back to me.. They promised access to their site, coupouns etc but nothing has come yet.. It is very dissapointing

Bullshit scamming people don’t waste your time in these courses

Severe lack of transparency, misleading and often false marketing and blatant disregard for those who have enrolled. They are good at creating FOMO through their “limited offer, reserved for the first 50 enrolments” in people who join their free webinar which is essentially them (usually Vaibhav Sisinty, the face of OutSkill/GrowthSchool) breadcrumbing you till the main objective of this webinar - marketing their various paid courses, which is not at all worth the price.

It has been over 3 week since filing for the refund and disgustingly many months since I had registered for this scam of a course and highlighted the issues regarding being unable to access their website (it was flagged as an “unsafe website”), dashboard or any of the “free resources” promised.

I am yet to even get a response to my followups, let alone a full refund.

It’s really a very embarrassing and pitiful look for someone who so consistently and heavily advertises his enterprise on podcasts and collaboration deals.

Hoping that they can muster some shred of morality and initiate the refund for me and countless other applicants like me. But either way, steer clear of this company.

*Edit*: their reply suggests that I haven’t already reached out to them whereas in reality I have done so multiple times and provided all the information they requested (if they bothered to reply) or I deemed relevant to expedite the refund process. And their generic reply to my review comes at a time when they are also simultaneously doing nothing to resolve the matter or even communicate.

I entered a review for a really bad experience with Outskill. They requested more information, which I quickly responded to, but this was the last I heard from them. They totally ignored my response and my numerous emails to them. This is not a business you want to deal with if you are looking for a legitimate company for your AI skills growth.
