It’s cheap Chinese garbage!! Looks great in the photos but when you get it, very cheaply made, the wicker breaks very easliy, it is uneven and sometimes not enough length in the balancing foot pegs, they are held together with plastic clips that are worthless-if you bump it, it’s all uneven. The ‘waterproof’ cover should be false advertisement, it’s leaked since day one and the Velcro strips that hold it in place around the furniture foot pegs, ripped the first time a wind exceeded 5mph!!!
Never again!! I will be needing a new set within 2yrs, the current one I have is about 7 months old and falling apart.

Not only were my couches two weeks late, there was zero proactive communication from anyone at ovios. From what I can tell there’s actually only one employee at this sham company. The quality is extremely low and the assembled product looks nothing like the photos shown on the website. This is rickety, poor material junk that I regret buying.

Customer service was poor, quality is poor - I would not recommend.

the couch never expanded to its form after two weeks

I believe this chair would be perfect for a young family or a student in their dorm room. However, at 63 years old, I find it sits a bit too low and can be quite challenging to get out of—haha. On a more cheerful note, my dog now has a cozy new place to sleep! Overall, if you're reading this review and thinking about buying it, I recommend it if you're young and have no mobility concerns. It’s also a fantastic choice for your kids' room!

It never expanded like my other ones I ordered from another company. It was the worst purchase I made. It went right in the trash where all yall products should go. I will be writing to the BBB and also leaving a review. People do not need to be deceived about your products. Very disappointed

Product arrived at the expected time, accurate tracking from shipper, no damage to boxes or missing pieces. Very pleased.

Delivery was great. Easy to assemble. Still waiting for better weather to enjoy using the set.

I only received one box for some reason, and it is way too small to be a 3 seater couch.... I keep checking my tracking number and there has been no movement since 9/12/2026. Both packages were suppose to be delivered 9/13/2026. As of today, I have not received an email regarding my package and I am still waiting for FedEx to call me and tell me where my package is. If I do get it, I hope its a much bigger box or this is a scam!!!

I ordered product and have not received anything, confirmation or nothing. Will cancel my charges on my card and never purchase anything from them

Feels like 2 twin size mattresses stacked ( because thats what is is) pillows, and arm/backrest are not fluffy at all.
We did however receive it within 1 week and that was amazing

Like the size and its comfortable my only complaint is i wish there was a way to attach the arm rests onto the frames somehow and not just have it be loose as is

This is a great buy, the bed is comfortable my son loves it and it looks great.

Received in quickly.. opened up fairly fast..my only disappointment was I had previously ordered an ottoman and purchased this couch ordering the same color however it was not a exact match...close but not the same..

Website and purchase easy to use

Love how quickly my Ovios arrived, concise packaging, ease of set up. However, there is little support, seats are too soft for my liking and since i do not have the sofa pushed against a wall as a back rest i cannot lean back. It is great for my grandkids to play on and it will be a lovely guest bed but for day to day use I'm not comfortable

Delivered much sooner than expected. Love the fabric, but the zipper pulls disintegrated on my original set.

This product was exactly as advertised! Went together fine and very comfortable.

The quality of the product is way below average. The videos and details of the product are false and misleading. The sofa is super flimsy. I’m 5’0” weighing 150. It can’t hold me let alone a couple or a family. The “guarantee” only applies to the shipping not the product being poorly made. You promise high density foam but that’s wrong as well. Y’all are liars, cheaters. It’s a big scam operation. Folks work hard for their money and you scam them. Shame on you!
