I contacted Ozzigear with my problem with the chair and they were right onto it, I explained what the issue was and they we sorry I had a problem and they sending a replacement chair as soon as possible, that's great service 🤗

What a great chair! I've had a few camp chairs from rival (well known) brands and I must say, this is the simplest chair to set up and dismantle. It's comfy and a big plus, easy to get in to and out of. Well done Ozzi!

I can highly recommend this chair and the company. I purchased two chairs and have used them several times for camping trips and festivals. The chair is easy to set up and carry. I did have one issue with one of the chairs and emailed the company — they replied quickly and resolved it straight away. Excellent product and A+ customer service.

Chair is great. Robust and easy to put up. You can see where the value is in the construction and materials. What has impressed me as much is the dedication to fabulous customer service and back up. Top hole guys. Keep it up.

I ordered a chair but had a slight issue with the canopy. After a quick email to Ozzi a replacement was organised, no grief, no hassle, just problem solved. Brilliant service. Other companies could learn a lot from the Ozzi organisation. Thanks guys and gals.

I am sorry to report that I find the company OzziGear is not as 'customer facing' as they would have you believe.
I ordered what for me is an expensive product in good faith that they would honour their commitment to allow me to return the product if I found it un satisfactory . I find they are making it v hard for me to do so.
The first email requests being met by an AI generated reply which clearly had no comprehension of what my original request was making. Then finally when I get the attention of a 'human' getting a bureaucratic "please provide invoice #" , when very clearly they know who I am and what I ordered. Their chair!

So to why I need to return the product.
It because it needs to achieve it's primary objective of being able to be 'collapsible' into a very small and relatively light package , opens up into a chair that is very close to the ground.
All well and good if you are fit and supple and are able to spring yourself up from such a low level position. I simply am not able to.
End of story.

Loving the portability of my new Ozzie Gear chairs. I used to prefer to sit on the beach directly rather than carry a cumbersome chair. Now I can easily carry one of these chairs and be more social with my friends.

Bought the Ozzi Chair to take on fly fishing trips. Having a back problem means I need to sit for a while between sessions. Tried numerous other chairs, all either too cumbersome or lacking support. The Ozzi Chair fits the bill perfectly! Small enough to carry along the river and so easy to set up and put away. My wife now has one too. Used over the summer at outdoor events and on holiday! We have just bought two more as gifts for our son and his fiancée who love the outdoors and camping. Highly recommend!!

Purchased an Ossi Gear Lounger last month, I must confess that it is a tremendous chair which i wish i had bought ages ago! Outstanding quality, very light and compact - absolutely ideal for what i needed - and importantly it is the most comfortable camping chair i have ever used.
took 9 days from order to arrival at my door, Great service.
I know it isn't the cheapest you'll find, but it is worth every penny!

Surprisingly comfortable chair. Easy and quick to put up and very portable in a backpack. Used ours in a field to watch the eclipse over extended period. Would recommend the chair to everyone.

I bought these as gifts for my dad and partner. My dad has back trouble and he can’t walk far without stopping, he loves this chair, it’s changed his life. He is able to take the chair on a dog walk and he can stop every now and again when needed. He even took it to his mates BBQ yesterday and they were all amazed at the size of it packed up. These chairs are so convenient. We will use these at festivals and they are great to get out as extra garden chairs but don’t take up much storage space like other garden chairs. Would highly recommend.

I love this chair! I bring it everywhere with me - it is so light and easy to use - I keep it in my car all the time. I have brought it with me to numerous events and every time someone asks me where I got it. I was worried that I would have a hard time getting in and out of it - not an issue!

Hello, let me start by saying the service i was given from this company was amazing, from placing my order to delivery I was kept informed by way of e mail on the state of delivery not to mention the delivery time was less than 2 weeks, 10 days to be precise , pretty good considering it had come from Australia and I live in UK
These ozzie gear chairs are amazing no more carrying big and bulky chairs around they weigh 1.5kg and are no bigger than a water bottle just hook them over your shoulder in chair carry bag and off you go. On 1st set up the arms were a bit stiff to set up but after a few set ups the arms just click into place,the construction of these ozzie gear chairs are solid and can take up to 150kg also a big bonus is that the ozzie gear chairs come with a lifetime guarantee

The Ozzi Gear chairs and table we have recently bought are not quite “life changing” but certainly “leisure time changing” for my wife and I. Not only is the quality top notch but the chairs are easy to assemble and most importantly for us, they’re small and extremely lightweight for portability.
We go to a lot of outdoor shows, music events, barbecues and picnics (when our English weather allows) and cannot wait to give the Ozzi Gear chairs a test drive in the next week or two.

We bought a couple of the ozzi gear outdoor chairs. Really comfortable to sit in, no numb legs or uncomfortable cutting into your legs. Compact easy to carry or put in your rucksack, set up is really simple and quick and collapses away just an easily. Really great chair would definitely recommend.

My initial purchase was faulty but they were quick to respond and replace the item. It’s well made and is going to make my life easier

Love the lounger chair.... super easy to put up, easily goes back into its bag, very comfy to sit in and is so small that it hardly takes up any room in our car!
