Fabulous little chair. We’re at the beach daily. Fits into its small little bag & perfectly in the picnic trolley. I’m unable to sit on the beach due to injury & joint problems, came across these chairs at just the right time!

Further to my previous review based on the purchasing experience, I feel compelled to write a fresh review based on my experience with Ozzi Gear Customer Services. I bought two of the Lounger chairs which are really comfy. After using a couple of times, one of the chairs had a fault and I contacted Customer Services who were amazing. They responded in 24 hours, asked for a video of the fault and 24 hours after that apologised for my inconvenience and confirmed they were sending me a new Lounger Chair. They were professional, polite and really helpful.

Very impressive easy assembly. The chair provides great stability and comfort. Even easy to get out of for my partner with his bad knees!

Is this the most comfortable camp chair around... No (but not far off). Is it the most comfortable camp chair in it's class? Yes, hands down! By class I mean ultra compact, fast to set up and convenient. Is it cheap? No, but comes with a lifetime guarantee and is well made, you get what you pay for and is an investment. Is it light? light enough to not be a problem, scope for further weight loss yes... Weight is a byproduct of quality and materials used and for durability. Carbon fibre could be a future consideration but will have cost implications. I want to give this piece of design 4.5 stars but that is not an option. It's not quite 5 stars but very close and if R&D continues it could easily reach 5. Would I recommend? Absolutely if you need something practical, compact with little faff assembling its well worth a look. I also bought the extras so looking forward to testing fully this winter...

I wasn't sure this was the chair for me when I set it up and fell over. Another view of the video made me see my setup error and all has been fantastic since then. Setup/takedown are quick and easy, it's very stable and comfortable, and it easily fits in my bicycle basket.

I came across Ozzi Gear through Facebook a couple of months ago. The chairs caught my eye, as I love to go walking and hiking and there is not always an ideal spot to sit and have a break. It took me a while to take the plunge and order, as they cost more than I expected to pay for a foldable chair. HOWEVER, once I received the chairs (I bought the bundle of 4 with the groundsheets and padded covers) I did not regret the expense one bit. They are worth every penny. The quality and workmanship is exceptional, real easy to set up and soooo comfortable. I love my Ozzi Gear chair. I highly recommend them. And to top it all the customer service is brilliant.

Very pleased with my first and subsequent replacement Ozzi chair. The first one collapsed under me at a local regatta. No injury, but beer spilled. I’m a big bloke, but only (“only” ? 🤭😂) 126 kilos. Also very impressed with Ozzi Gear no quibble replacement process. Using the new chair a little more gingerly!

I recently purchased two chairs from Ozzi Gear and couldn’t be happier. The chairs are a great product, the service was prompt, and they arrived quickly.

I did have a small issue with one chair losing a screw, but the problem was resolved easily and without any fuss.

I’m very happy with both the product and the service and would definitely not hesitate to order from Ozzi Gear again. Highly recommended!

This is now my second chair, the 1st was the normal chair, the second one is the lounger, both brilliant. Fast set ups, doesn't take much room in the car and comfortable.

Submitted a 1 star review on the Ozzi Gear website, but it never appeared in their reviews. Therefore, posting here instead. In some ways the chair is just what we hoped. Lightweight enough to be portable and seems well made. The big negative is that, although my wife is only 10 stone in weight, she can feel the leg struts under the seat and that is very uncomfortable. Likewise the front seat fabric under the thighs. Would have returned for a refund, but not cost effective to do so. Buyer has to send back and pay postage to Australia. Original shipping costs are also deducted from any refund. 

I recently deccided to upgrade from a Chair which is great to get a Lounger and I was not disappointed. It is worth paying more if you are looking for something that you could spend all day sitting in which is very easy to put up and and only weighs just over a kilo. I noticed that I had a technical issue with the lounger and contacted Ozzi Gear they came back to me very quickly and under the lifetime warranty sorted the issue immediately.I cant recommend them highly enough...my neighbour has already ordered one and I know I will have many friends who will follow suit !

Service has been amazing. Chair is great. Had a small fault with chair and my chair was replaced immediately. Highly recommend. Chair and company. Thanks for everything guys truly appreciate everything.

Above and beyond. Not only is the chair compact, built great, and comfortable, they have incredible customer service! I got my chair, opened the box with my knife (thought to myself to not go too deep with it) and ended up cutting a little hole into the bag and carrying strap. I emailed their support, along with pictures of my mistake, asking if I can purchase a new bag. They cut to the chase and APOLOGIZED for MY mistake and ended up sending me a new carrying bag at no charge! Ozzie gear has a customer for life that will show off its awesome chair to anyone who cares to see how it works!

Living in the UK we love camping but hate packing up car to the brim. At festival recently I saw the Ozzi Chair and had to investigate having asked the owner their views. Did online research and whilst not the cheapest it’s by far the best portable chair I’ve ever purchased to the extent that have thrown away all the large bulky ones.
Would recommend trying, you won’t be disappointed

I've been looking for a chair like this for a good while as the market is saturated but Ozzie Gear was a no brainer after my research. Very impressed with the build and how compact the Lounger is and the comfort is far better than I expected. Order tracking was very clear and precise. I will certainly be telling my family and friends what they are missing out on. Keep up the great work.

After the barrage of ads on Facebook the ordering process was good. The chairs shipped from China and there was plenty of good follow up emails. About 10 days to arrive.
The chairs are pretty good, heavier than I thought and a little snug to sit in. But we have used twice now for multiple hour use and found them comfortable enough given the size. The back extends twice with two separate extensions - caught us out at first! Thoroughly recommend the ground mats - brilliant on sand and just about pack in the chair bag.
So far so good. They seem well made with good quality components. Hopefully will never have to use the lifetime guarantee - which is a real comfort for a product that is not cheap.
The intention is to always have these chairs in our back packs and take them everywhere we go when out and about.

I bought two OZZI chairs about 3 years ago and have used them regularly on our VW camper adventures. I thought long and hard before purchasing given they are more expensive but I needed 2 chairs that were space saving, portable, lightweight and comfortable and the OZZI chairs provide all of that.
Sadly I discovered that one of the little silver coloured pop outs on one of the legs was feeling shy and had hidden itself away and would no longer pop out which made sitting in the chair uncomfortable as the back no longer locked into place…a quick email to Peter at OZZI asking for advice, a few photos sent, sincere apologies for the unexpected issue and a week later I’m sitting in a brand new replacement chair.
No quibbles just good old fashioned customer service from a wonderful company

Great compact chair
Great chair, lightweight yet very strong, a bit stiff to put up at first but once mastered is assembled in seconds. Easy to get out of and exactly as described

Avoid! Firstly this is a company who bribe their customers with free chairs in return for reviews. Consider that when reading reviews and watching customer videos on their social media posts. They email customers who have purchased offering a free chair if they send a review!
Secondly- be aware, if you want to return these chairs (and you’ll see many people have found their chairs faulty within a short time) - you pay the postage…all the way back to Australia! The cost is therefore prohibitive. They don’t tell you that in the ads. This also makes the so called warranty worthless.
Third - The standard chairs are very low backed compared to conventional chairs and with no arms or cup holders. This makes them difficult for older/less mobile to get out of despite them advertising to the contrary.
Very expensive for what they are in my view. Buy something cheaper in UK and test them first.
Finally - just have a read of the tone of some of the company responses to negative reviews. They respond in a confrontational manner - customer wrong, they are right. They call some customers liars, they complain that the customer is damaging their brand as if they shouldn’t be posting! They block people on social media, delete comments and do not respond fairly. This is not an ethical company.
