Sometimes you come across a product that you think 'surly there must be a catch' Yes these chairs are not the cheapest on the market, I know, must have purchased quite a number of them over the years. However, these Ozzi Chairs are extremely comfortable, very easy and simply to extend into the finished chair (Yes, the two back sliders are quite stiff to get into their location holes but after a number of set-ups the material must stretch slightly and it becomes easy. - Quite light but if you are carrying two in your back pack you will know about it but that's what you get with a quality product. Well worth it and so so easy to erect and pack up in seconds. I had to contact their customer support because there was a missing carry strap from one of the chairs carry case and after a couple of emails to clarify my order number and address info, they agreed to sent me out a replacement under their lifetime guarantee promise. Much appreciated as the adjustable carry strap the chair sits easily over your shoulder. Once again, Thanks for a great combatable, usable chair.

The zipper on the bag for my Ozzi chair broke. Ozzi sent a new bag without any problems. Good service✌️

These chairs are the real biz. We've been carting them down to the beach this summer, and they are certainly the thing for my old back. Just as, or even more comfortable than, a standard camping chair.

All I want from my camping chair is for it to fold up small, to unfold and fold easily and quickly, to be very light, to be very durable and, of course, to be very comfortable.

This one does all of that. Thank you.

I bought my Ozzie gear chair as a birthday present for myself. It’s a compact design which makes it comfortable to carry to the beach, easy to put up and fold down and very comfortable to sit in. What more could one want from an outdoor seat?

I ordered two chairs. Unfortunately, one of them arrived damaged, but it only took a single email to customer support for them to send a replacement right away. I’ve now been using the other chair for a few weeks, and I’m very pleased with how easy it is to set up and fold away. It’s convenient to take with me, and it’s also very comfortable to sit in.

I have nothing but praise for Ozzi gear:
1) the quality of products is outstanding. I bought both the Ozzi chair and the table along with the mat for the chair when on sand. I am on a motorbike tour of Europe and am camping in a tent. Both the Ozzi table and chair are light, pack up into a very small size zip bag. Both products are incredibly robust easy and quick to unpack and set up (the chair literally takes 30 seconds to set up and about 45 seconds to pack; the table takes about 40 seconds to unpack and set up and about a minute to pack and put into the zip bag.) and I do this every day. Both zip bags are a good size and make packing easy without struggling to get the items in their respective bags!! The table has side pockets for my bike keys and the cork screw for the wine and cup holder which fit a beer or water bottle perfectly!!! (You can get a wine bottle in too but it’s a tight squeeze)
2) the customer service is excellent!! What other company has a personal communication from the CEO when you purchase and interact with the company. (How sustainable this is moving forward will be a challenge but at this stage it is a clear point of difference and make a difference to me as a customer!! Thanks Peter!!!)
3) the delivery times and ease of purchase through their website is excellent.
4) their advertising and marketing information perfectly aligns with the product quality. I first came into contact through Facebook pop-up adds. I was going on my trip and thought the product looked a bit too good to be true, but I took the risk as I wanted these product for my trip that would get my ass off the ground as I’m 66 and not that young anymore!!! I was extremely pleasantly surprised when the products arrived and have absolutely performed as advertised and the robustness of the chair in particular is top notch and well worth the money. I can’t imagine using anything else for touring on my bike or a day at the beach or at an outdoor concert

Well done Ozzi gear I’m seriously impressed and that’s a lot coming from a Kiwi bloke who likes taking the piss out of Ozzie’s but fairs fair and these products are excellent!!!

So, I wrote a review of my Ozzigear chair after a very stressful week, and obviously not paying attention-not making excuses, I got it totally wrong.
Pete from Ozzi gear reached out and I rechecked the chair today and yes- I hadn't put it up properly!!!!
So, I am now sat in a festival field, in my correctly assembled chair, and have been for an hour and it's perfect! Comfortable, portable and not hurting anywhere.

had a question for customer service and they were prompt and helpful in their replies.

I had a problem with my chair and sent them a video. Straight away they replied, apologised and are sending me a replacement.
No argument, just Customer satisfaction x

We purchased two Ozzi outdoor chairs 18 months ago and have been extremely pleased with the. We recently took them to a music festival and found one of the pop pins that secures the legs had failed. Contacted Ozzi Gear who replied very quickly apologising for the issue. They asked for a short video to show the problem which I supplied. I again received a prompt reply apologising again and stating that a replacement chair was being sent. Fantastic service from a genuine company producing quality products

Have had our chairs for a year now, and love the size and the comfort. Fit in our campervan without taking up too much space. Unfortunately we’ve had an issue with the chairs fabric splitting around the joints. 1 chair split on 3 joints and the other just starting on one joint. No excess weight put onto these chairs as my hubby and I are not in any way overweight. Pointed out the issue to customer services, and after photos and a small video showing the problem, they have agreed to send me 2 new canopies to install. Despite being a little disappointed in what had happened, the team at Ozzi gear have dealt with it very quickly snd efficiently, and I’m now awaiting my 2 new canopies, so my chairs will be able to be used for our camping trips again.

I purchased the Ozzi chair and Ozzi lounger. Both products are compact, light, easy to put up and seem to be good quality. I say this because being a large guy, both chairs easily takes my weight and size of frame.

Given how small the chairs fold down to and how the base joins the upper frame as a one piece structure, both chairs are comfortable and made with robust materials. I am using them on a regular basis here in the UK's summer sunshine.

The cost of the chairs is significantly higher than competitors, but they do offer a lifetime warranty which swayed me towards Ozzi Gear (I just hope the company doesn't go bust too soon!).

After placing the order, you recieve plenty of emails from the company about using the chairs, the set up and packing instruction videos.

However, what stopped it being a 5 star review was the shipping. Whilst the company sent out plenty of email titled 'shipping update', the reality is that you needed to log on to their website or the 'shop' app, the tracking number only had details for a company in China. The tracking number provided only showed movement between two cities in China. No other tracking details were forthcoming until I recieved an email from Royal Mail with a next day delivery date despite me chasing Ozzi Gear a few times on where the chairs were (to which only a standard non personalised response was recieved).

So in summary, the chairs are great, but I suspect the chairs are made in China rather than Australia as they claim. Also, purchasers should read the shipping section on the Ozzigear.com website for expected delivery times as tracking of the shipment location at each stage of it's journey is poor.

These chairs are awesome

The quality of these chairs is amazing.
If yiu are after a light weight chair that packs down small and compact then the ozzi gear chair cannot be beaten.
So comfortable and portable.
Ideal for festivals , sports day , picnics etc

Great product and customer service. The chair I bought was so comfortable and easy to set up that my Scouts on camp kept sitting in my chair rather than theirs!

It did develop a small fault, but when I sent the photos to the support team they replied straight away and sent out a replacement. I have also bought a second chair for my son as he kept stealing mine too!

Would 100% recommend.

Having been a camper for many years and experiencing many failed cheap camping chairs , my wife bought me this Ozzi Gear chair recently. It’s very easy to use and set up and it’s constructed in strong steel with an easy fold out mechanism. It folds away into a compact bag which makes it so easy to carry around. I love it! Thanks Ozzi Gear! A lot of thought has gone into the production of this amazing chair !

I finally have the camping chair that I can take everywhere with me with no hassle of the big bulky camping chairs. Better still I get to leave this in my car in between adventures due its compact size when folded away and no need to dig it out of my garage. I bought this Ozzi Gear chair through a recommendation from a friend and want to share that very same recommendation for anyone thinking of getting one. It’s easy to carry and store away and robustly made to last through all my adventures and the icing on the cake is how comfy it is.
