Great product and customer service. The chair I bought was so comfortable and easy to set up that my Scouts on camp kept sitting in my chair rather than theirs!

It did develop a small fault, but when I sent the photos to the support team they replied straight away and sent out a replacement. I have also bought a second chair for my son as he kept stealing mine too!

Would 100% recommend.

Having been a camper for many years and experiencing many failed cheap camping chairs , my wife bought me this Ozzi Gear chair recently. It’s very easy to use and set up and it’s constructed in strong steel with an easy fold out mechanism. It folds away into a compact bag which makes it so easy to carry around. I love it! Thanks Ozzi Gear! A lot of thought has gone into the production of this amazing chair !

I finally have the camping chair that I can take everywhere with me with no hassle of the big bulky camping chairs. Better still I get to leave this in my car in between adventures due its compact size when folded away and no need to dig it out of my garage. I bought this Ozzi Gear chair through a recommendation from a friend and want to share that very same recommendation for anyone thinking of getting one. It’s easy to carry and store away and robustly made to last through all my adventures and the icing on the cake is how comfy it is.

Had the chair about a year and one of the screws came loose and I couldn’t find it I emailed ozzi gear for a replacement screw but they replaced the whole chair above and beyond what o expected thank you so much great service great company will definitely be using again and again

I recently ordered 4 Ozzi chairs and 2 tables for our family camping setup.

On our very first trip, one of the chairs unfortunately broke. Since we live in a smaller, remote city in Canada, I was really worried about a long warranty process and stressed that my youngest daughter wouldn't have her chair for our next trip. However, when I contacted customer support, they were amazingly kind, fast, and helpful. They arranged a replacement right away, and it arrived surprisingly quick and in perfect condition, just in time for our next camping trip! Their swift action turned a frustrating moment into a truly great experience.

Over the years, I've tried all kinds of camping chairs from the bulky lawn chairs at Walmart to traditional ultralight folding chairs from Amazon. The big ones are way too heavy and take up too much trunk space. On the flip side, cheap ultralight chairs can be annoying to assemble, feel flimsy, and constantly sink into soft ground. True high-end ultralight gear is way too expensive when buying for a family of four. Since we do car camping and don't need loungers, Ozzi Gear hit the absolute sweet spot for us in terms of weight, packed size, and price.

The chairs are super comfortable, sturdy, and great for both camping and outdoor festivals. In fact, a friend who came with us loved them so much that he wrote down the brand name to buy his own! The carrying bags are also thick and heavy-duty.

As for the 2 tables: One was perfect right out of the box. The other had a slightly dented pole that required pliers to reshape, and stretching the top for the very first setup was so stiff that even my boyfriend couldn't manage it, we had to ask a friend with serious grip strength to force it on. We left it assembled for a few days, and now I can easily assemble it by myself! If you’re a woman or don't have strong grip strength, my advice is to test and stretch the table at home before heading out on your trip.

Other than that, the tables are fantastic, sturdy, and the logo design looks great. Sadly, we lost one of the table carrying bags during our first trip, which breaks my heart because the bags are so solid and spacious (it's currently wrapped in a plastic bag 😭).

Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the incredible customer service and solid product quality made me a 100% loyal customer. Highly recommended!

Slung my lightweight Ozzy Chair over my shoulder and headed for a two-day outdoor History Festival in London. So pleased I chose the orange one - it was super-easy to spot in a sea of boring old-fashioned blue, black and khaki chairs. Lots of people gazed in amazement and wanted to know more. My verdict - the Ozzy Chair was incredibly comfortable and gave me the best view of the talks. And my water bottle fitted the drinks flap perfectly.

I bought 2 Ozzi chairs and was happy with them both, after a while I had issue with one (the other is still fine). I contacted Ozzi gear, and without any quibble they replaced the chair. I’m now more than happy with both chairs again.

You might ask why 5 stars when I had a problem with one chair; simple really, after sales service and customer service always wins for me, so Ozzi gear 5 stars.

The chair is as advertised. I love it.
- Packs down and light enough for me to carry it with me wherever I go and small enough to throw in my day pack. Dog walks, rallies, festivals, hiking. It’s just what I was looking for. The chair is not tippy, is sturdy and I’m able to get in and out of it without any issues. PS: I’m in my 70’s and stability getting in and out is very important to me.

When I received my chair, it was more than I hoped for. A quality product, with quality materials. Easy to set up, and weighs practically nothing. And , I must say, also very comfortable indeed. Not like those other camping chairs you have to struggle to get out of. It’s like sitting in a comfy chair at home…no struggling. I would recommend this item to anyone who’s looking for comfort while hiking, fishing, camping, or just plain enjoying life. Kudos to you Ozzi-Gear.

Really comfy and light. This chair is very comfy. Even with short legs it doesn’t dig in like other chairs. Very happy with the weight too. It’s nice to go on a picnic without feeling like a pack horse

 Very happy with our Ozzi chair purchase. They are great quality, easy to put up and down and they pack up small. With all these amazing features I was not sure it would be comfortable but it is. A great height too. Looking forward to using them at our next music festivsl/camping trip.

This chair is amazing I use it for work multiple times a day it’s so quick and easy in its little bag and away you go. 30 seconds up and down couldn’t be better Just to take a load off for 15 mins here and there is heaven.
Definitely won’t regret this little beauty, buy 3 for home, work and in the car for those kids sport days when the chairs are wet and cold, not with this little chair.
Well made, multiple uses a day and cant fault it, well worth the money

- Best portable chair ever! I’m delighted with every aspect of this chair - lightweight and small enough to carry easily, quick to erect and take down, mega comfortable. What’s not to like? I hesitated at the relatively high price but for convenience and comfort it’s well worth it. Recently I went to the beach with my son and his family. They had conventional folding chairs and I had my Ozzi. I was sorted out and sitting down before they got theirs out of the carry bags!

Fantastic chairs although had an issue with the chair carry bag breaking.
Ozzi gear promptly replied to my email and replaced bag.

We had a minor issue with one chair canopy. Ozzi gear was quick to respond and agreed to ship us the canopy. We could not be happier. These chairs are amazing. Our purchase was to provide us an opportunity to rest while we travel the Mediterranean this fall.

I bought a couple of chairs from Ozzie a few years ago, while away on holidays in June I discovered one was missing a bolt. I email them to ask about replacement bolts and I’m getting a new chair instead. I was only asking for help not expecting to get a new chair out of it.
Will tell others to get these chairs with that sort of customer support.

I ordered two chairs for a trip, and when they didn't come in time, I found a chair bought in France that turned out to be much lighter and easier to assemble than the ones from Ozzi Gear. The effort to return was painful to say the least. They put so many barriers in the way - including forcing me to pay to send them back to AUSTRALIA - even though they have a warehouse in the UK. They take up to a week to get back to every email, and it took nearly a month from asking to return to getting my refund. I must have emailed them at least 20 times, and they even disputed that the chairs had been returned, even though I had forwarded a notification from the delivery company. Shocking customer service. Really bad experience.

This company is a scammed, even though I’ve bought x2 chairs from them. Well they wanted to fooled you by giving them good ratings and a video clip for exchange for a chair. You would hope so lol
