product excellent delivery not so much!
Whilst the service and delivery over Xmas was excellent please review packaging of orders. It was extremely difficult for me and the courier to man handle the 16kg delivery due to the unwieldy size of the box through the front door into the house. In future it would be far better to split the order up into the 2 smaller boxes and wrap them in plastic and charge customer more.
