Play Smarter, Stay Protected
Every purchase is safe, every order saves you money, and your account is protected by our unique Ban Protection Guarantee. We stand behind our service so you can focus on winning — not worrying.
Your trust and security come first. That’s why we offer a clear guarantee:
Ban Protection Guarantee – All purchases are processed through official channels like Google Play or Apple App Store. They appear to publishers exactly like any other player transaction. If your account were ever permanently banned solely and directly because of a Packsify-processed purchase, we would compensate you with account credits or another agreed alternative.
To qualify, you must provide the publisher’s documentation of the ban reason, records of all Packsify purchases, and proof you haven’t used cheats, bots, or other prohibited third-party services. This guarantee is a voluntary customer benefit, designed to give you peace of mind.
Savings Guarantee – You will always save compared to in-game store prices. If you ever don’t, we’ll make it right.
Service Guarantee – Every order is handled quickly and by a human, never by bots. If something goes wrong, our support team will resolve it.
With Packsify, you save more, play smarter, and enjoy the peace of mind of knowing your account is protected.

Juan, checking whether it's safe before trying is the right call, and plenty of people start right there. Glad the support side made the first one easy.

Sander, not every order runs perfectly, so good communication when one doesn't is what counts. Glad that's how it felt.

I purchased a small amount of pink gems. Recommended to use packsify by my alliance leader. I’m new to this kind of service but have been playing the game a long time. I have a separate email for my game so I knew I would be “safe”. Anyway, no need to worry as very easy and very straightforward. Very helpful people at the other end and friendly. Great service!

Shane, going from reluctant to a good few years of regular orders is about the best story a review can tell. Glad the guidance is there whenever something comes up.

I downloaded packsify last night
I downloaded packsify last night. I've never used a service like that before, so I was nervous. Fortunately, they have been wonderful. Last night my first order of gleamstones was applied to Sea of Conquest within 30 min of me placing an order. Worked out great, so I placed another order today. Their workers are wonderful.

Аля, feeling nervous the first time makes total sense. It's a new way to buy. Seeing your gleamstones land in Sea of Conquest within 30 minutes is a good way to settle the nerves, and we're glad the second order followed.
If you spend, use them.
They are legit. And this is the concierge service you’re looking for.
They are extremely professional, quicker than their estimated delivery times, and I’ve always had someone help me every step of the way. I’ve never had to wait to talk to someone.

Haeli, concierge is exactly the word we'd hope for. Beating the delivery estimate and never leaving you waiting for a real person are the two things the team cares about most, so it's great to see both land. Thanks for vouching for us to other spenders.

What an excellent experience as the support team walked me through everything to get me setup in my alliance dashboard and make my first purchase. Kona, getting set up in the alliance dashboard is usually the step that takes the most patience on a first order, so it's great to hear it was pretty painless. Glad the pink gems came through fast too.
Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers! First, they take your money, then they fail to top up your account for 5 days, and in the end, they just force a refund. Never deal with this company! It’s highly dangerous! I lost a massive amount of time and nerves. To top it off, they didn't even offer to credit another account—they just silently returned the money! Avoid at all costs!

I am not a tech savvy girly but the customer service is there to help you , and I mean they take they're time with you if you need it.
I reached out on Discord and I got help right away.
I panicked but they stayed calm, today I finally purchased my first pack because I was scared it was gonna be hard. But it really wasn't. I am so happy I chose to go through with this and I will make sure to tell my alliance about Packsify today
