I have been using packsify for coming…
I have been using packsify for coming up on a year. I was like most of you all and was scared to use this service. After about two months of back and forth in my head I pulled the trigger and haven’t looked back. The only thing that I have kicked myself was not started sooner. I have switch my banking even over to revolt to maximize my purchases. In the almost a year of use I have saved thousands of dollars. Please don’t over think things and just give them a try. Refunds are extremely rare in our service, occurring in less than 1 out of every 100,000 orders. However, when they do happen, resolving them can be very tricky due to the complex web of payment processors and platforms involved. Our team is always committed to compensating the user swiftly and securely, but sometimes these processes take frustratingly long to complete.
Additionally, before a refund is authorized, coordination with the game’s customer support is required, which can further extend the process. In this particular case, the refund was initiated a few months after the purchase, adding multiple layers of complexity to the process.
We understand the discomfort this caused, and we would feel the same way. We sincerely thank you for bringing these matters to our attention and showing us where we can improve. Even though your friend received the full refund, she definitely deserved for that process to be much smoother and with less delay.
