Very untrustworthy 3rd party to do top…
Very untrustworthy 3rd party to do top up in WOS. They will use your credentials to do a top-up. Definitely Illegal! I wanted to unlink my WOS account from one of my emails. I asked WOS CS to unlink it, CS later asked me to provide one of the receipts. I know the receipt is from Packsify. But, when I asked for the receipt, they reluctantly refused to give me the important receipt. It is impossible for them not to keep the receipt, because it should be digitally available. So crazy that my account will be permanently linked to my email. Never use Packsify. I used it once and will never do it again because it's permanently giving you problems. The packsify is never helpful giving over and over dodging statements of not to willingly giving the receipt.

I have been using packsify for coming up on a year. I was like most of you all and was scared to use this service. After about two months of back and forth in my head I pulled the trigger and haven’t looked back. The only thing that I have kicked myself was not started sooner. I have switch my banking even over to revolt to maximize my purchases. In the almost a year of use I have saved thousands of dollars. Please don’t over think things and just give them a try. However, when they do happen, resolving them can be very tricky due to the complex web of payment processors and platforms involved. Our team is always committed to compensating the user swiftly and securely, but sometimes these processes take frustratingly long to complete.
Additionally, before a refund is authorized, coordination with the game’s customer support is required, which can further extend the process. In this particular case, the refund was initiated a few months after the purchase, adding multiple layers of complexity to the process.
We understand the discomfort this caused, and we would feel the same way. We sincerely thank you for bringing these matters to our attention and showing us where we can improve.
