Great customer service
The overall experience has been very easy and straightforward. I've been in great communication with the staff and support folks within the App chat and on Discord. Both lines of communication has been responsive, polite and very patient in walking me through the site and answering my questions.

Packsify worked great
Packsify worked great. I was able to set up my account, link my banking credentials, and complete a purchase as well as have Packsify make an in-game purchase for me, all in a couple hours, and most of that time was waiting for the banking app to confirm my credit. Support got me rolling quickly with no hassle

I’ve spent a pretty good amount of money now on packsify, you really end up saving a lot from buying through them! I’m very glad I discovered them. They have such a good support team both on discord and the app, that will be of assistance whenever you would need it. Also the prices are good, you always get a bonus pack when you purchase credits, and the process is smooth and easy, doesn’t even take much time at all.

A friend referred me to packsify because of how much money I was spending on a game. I wish he had told me about it sooner! It was easy to setup and felt very secure. My transaction was handled by a real person. I will continue to use the service.

I think it’s very worthwhile
I think it’s very worthwhile. At first I was extremely skeptical, I pseudo understood how they operated but thought it wouldn’t prove to be advantageous, plus my first few times using it, the app showed that it could take an hour before they would purchase the bundles (which you can’t be signed into your game during it and I have limited time to play each day) but the estimates are always way more than how long it actually takes but to my relief, average only took about 10 minutes. They don’t have an app for iPhone yet, but website is good to work through, and I only get 10% savings on east coast of USA but still, when buying like I do, still it’s worth it. I’m also hoping that the more I do, that discount percentage will rise. We shall see. I will say customer service is helpful too. So it’s really worth it, only downsides are not having app on iPhone yet, the waiting period, not being able to pay except CC which requires fee (they say PayPal coming tho, no idea when though) and the work it requires but again, it’s worth it.

Just started using the app and am impressed by the ease of registering and connecting the service to my game and the A+ customer service chat. Throughout the process I was taken care of by Aventurine, who checked in on me when I had a hiccup and she gave some helpful information when I couldn’t find the authentication code. The value I got was $120 in purchase game power for $107, which is pretty cool. Happy gaming 🎮

Angela was extremely patient and helpful in helping me complete my order and provided me with enough assurances that my account was safe. Allows scammers and thefts to use stolen cards to make transactions. You all need to do secured transactions as my debit card was used 3 times successfully back to back in the time span of 4 minutes for 2 charges of 556.49 and 1 for 916.99. Oh they tried again but it was insufficient funds. The declined charge was 1,549.29!!!!! This is under investigation and my bank notified me of fraudulent activity. You all have little to no contact information so here I am writing the review! Your account holder that made these charges/orders should be banned as I understand you need an account to make orders. So you know who it is. These purchases are pending but came out of my account but my bank said it will be reversed and credited back in 10 days. They are putting a high alert for reversal since it is a large amount of money. You all need a more secure ordering service. The person tried to purchase a Visa Gift card on another site for 55.49 and they are the one who alerted the bank of suspicious activity!!!! The information keyed in did not match. You guys need to be shut down if y’all didn’t think those 4 orders weren’t suspicious! I have real life bills and my hard earned money got stolen and was allowed transactions on your platform! A gaming support platform at that.

Amazing experience & worth every penny saved!
I found Packsify randomly when I was trying to find a cheaper game play experience. In-app purchases get expensive and at least I get some kind of break by using this company.
I love that they give me an estimated time to complete my order but typically it’s been fulfilled within 10min of starting the process.
Honestly I probably wouldn’t be buying in-app purchases if not for this website. Cheapest I could find and I have no complaints. Used them about 4 times so far and I’m not done yet.
