I have been using Packsify for around 4 months now to buy packs for Kingshot and the experience has been great overall. Any issues I’ve experienced were quickly resolved by the support team, who were polite helpful and very responsive. I choose them based on other people’s feedback and the fact they buy as you felt low risk of running into issues with the game rules.
The discounts on buying with them vs in game prices were another reason.
All my orders have been completed correctly and taken no more than 30 minutes from start to finish even during the busiest event periods of the game.

I purchased a small amount of pink gems. Recommended to use packsify by my alliance leader. I’m new to this kind of service but have been playing the game a long time. I have a separate email for my game so I knew I would be “safe”. Anyway, no need to worry as very easy and very straightforward. Very helpful people at the other end and friendly. Great service!

I downloaded packsify last night. I've never used a service like that before, so I was nervous. Fortunately, they have been wonderful. Last night my first order of gleamstones was applied to Sea of Conquest within 30 min of me placing an order. Worked out great, so I placed another order today. Their workers are wonderful.

Absolute scammers! First, they take your money, then they fail to top up your account for 5 days, and in the end, they just force a refund. Never deal with this company! It’s highly dangerous! I lost a massive amount of time and nerves. To top it off, they didn't even offer to credit another account—they just silently returned the money! Avoid at all costs!

I saw advertise on YouTube on a channel that I have learned much from, about the mobile game Kingshot. Since it was supposed to save me money on packs you can buy in the game, I was naturally interested! The way the app works is that you put in money into Packsify. And Packsify will log into your game account, to buy the packs that are being ordered through them. I was hesitant at first, when I learned that I would need to give them my log in details. But since I got the information through a YouTube channel that I have learned a lot from about Kingshot, I thought that this had to be serious for this YouTube channel to recommend it. Everything was exactly like I was told! You do need to give Packsify your game id and password, because it works by buying packs on your behalf] ⁶lf, by login into the game and buy the packs. But when I had set up the account, and seen that I actually pay less than buying from the game myself. I felt it was well worth giving them my Google log in information. You buy Packsify credits, and use these credits to buy packs you want. You take a screenshot of the pack(s) you want. Input the original price of the pack. And finish your order. You will get a notice that another person is trying to log in to your Google account. But it is worth it when you save money this way! The customer service is also really fast and easy to use! So I can absolutely recommend Packsify to save on buying packs in games!

I give packsify 5 stars for the CS I give packsify 5 stars for the Customer support. They are wicked good at what they do and they are responsive and engaging. I have not had a bad experience to date. I Will however leave a few recommendations for the website that really should be improved on that I learned from this past experience.

1. Credit card companies if not using Revolut, whenever communicating with the Application and then the 3rd party application "Stripe" see whatever connection or hand shake happens and triggers fraud automatically. I am unsure why but after 6 hours on the phone with a credit company that is what they told me. And then even if the patron lifts the restriction it will then trigger the next level of fraud. This level will cause creditors to express to the patron that the need an ID Verification to lift the ban on the card. My recommendation would be to use a more trusted company, SSL Cert, or have stricter initial communication behind the scenes that wouldn't trigger "fake". Sorry if this is not 100% technical enough or drawn out I just deal with this and don't want any one to have to go through it.

2. have more options with higher % discounts with middle tier amounts. i.e. I wanted to spend 5,000$ USD but there was no option I could get the 1700$ option for 1500$ then it jumped to 10,000$ . So now to benefit from any of the deals I Have to make multiple purchases to hit my number. Also adding to this more time Packsify Reps have to spend logging into an account that could've done it in one swoop. More time the player is offline due to making multiple purchases. To me just seems like if there were more options patrons would knock out a lot more and not have to parse it out.

3. Get an app made for the app store for all types of phones. As awesome it is that the website is up and running it would be much more convenient to have an app.

Thank you for everything. These 3 items dont meant your site sucks. I love it. Just trying to think outside the box a little to help you grow for the future.

The team was really friendly and patient. Provided screenshots and walkthroughs of everything to make it as seamless as possible for me. Their service was also super quick with zero delays. Everything was done in a span of 10-15 minutes.

I found out about this site through Stratgamesloth’s YouTube channel and I was a little apprehensive at first as you have to provide your login details. However I have purchased various packs through Packsify now and so far it has been SO quick and I’ve had no issues at all. Their customer service team has always been online so I’ve got instant replies to my questions every time I’ve used them and they have been so kind and helpful! Most recently I had less than an hour until the reset of my game and asked if they would be able to purchase the packs in time. They completed my order in about 3 minutes. So far I have 0 complaints and would 100% recommend!!

False information on Dark War Survival Blood Rose tanked 1 year of progress by luring me into buying blood rose and upgrading to 4 star for the false information about the extra troops stat, i have no way to fix this and completely hate what happened

We had a little trouble at the beginning, because of something on my end. They stuck with me until we sorted out the issue. They worked hard to get my issue resolved, and even comped me the order to compensate! It wasn’t even their mistake! Will use again!

As a test of the ethical and moral fortitude, I placed an order worth 20$ but put the price at 50$.
I was billed for the 50$ price instead of being corrected down to 20$
All the claims of trust are bs
