I have been using Packsify for around 4 months now to buy packs for Kingshot and the experience has been great overall. Any issues I’ve experienced were quickly resolved by the support team, who were polite helpful and very responsive. I choose them based on other people’s feedback and the fact they buy as you felt low risk of running into issues with the game rules.
The discounts on buying with them vs in game prices were another reason.
All my orders have been completed correctly and taken no more than 30 minutes from start to finish even during the busiest event periods of the game.

Top-up platforms are always something you're not easy with at first.
Tried it once for Kingshot, because well everyone wants cheaper packs^^

What an excellent experience as the support team walked me through everything to get me setup in my alliance dashboard and make my first purchase. Absolute scammers! First, they take your money, then they fail to top up your account for 5 days, and in the end, they just force a refund. Never deal with this company! It’s highly dangerous! I lost a massive amount of time and nerves. To top it off, they didn't even offer to credit another account—they just silently returned the money! Avoid at all costs!

I am not a tech savvy girly but the customer service is there to help you , and I mean they take they're time with you if you need it.

Easily the most friendly and patient tech staff. As someone who struggles with using tech the staff helped walk me through how to get payments to happen. I had even struggled with my own passwords and they helped me through the process. I'm confident that these guys absolutely love their customers and it shows in their pleasant demeanor and candor.
