Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers! First, they take your money, then they fail to top up your account for 5 days, and in the end, they just force a refund. Never deal with this company! It’s highly dangerous! I lost a massive amount of time and nerves. To top it off, they didn't even offer to credit another account—they just silently returned the money! Avoid at all costs!

Curtis, losing a year of progress over one upgrade is genuinely rough, and being angry about it is fair. We are already going back through our Blood Rose guide, because if the way we framed the 4-star breakpoint pointed you wrong, that is ours to fix. If you want to get into the detail, our dark-war-survival channel on Discord is where players work through this stuff, and we would rather sort it there than leave it here.
This doesn't save money and they log into your game and monopolize it for HOURS when you can get the packs for cheaper on the game's top up web site.
This is a rip off. They don't save you any money. You can get what you want for cheaper on the game's top up web site in less than a minute and you don't have to give anyone your log in information. That's probably how they pay for it. They probably get the packs cheaper on the top up web site and then pocket the rest. And they monopolize your game for HOURS saying that they are "processing" your purchase. And when I asked for a refund, they refused. This is a scam.

Customer Support is Top-Notch!
I was a bit hesitant about using Packsify at first, I found them on YouTube and joined their discord and this relived me a lot more, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. The real standout for me was the customer support. I had a few questions about my order and reached out for help. Their response time was incredibly fast-within minutes, with a live person and the support team was super friendly and knowledgeable, making sure I got the answers I needed. Will definitely share their platform with my community when the service is completed.
The process of purchasing very smooth, and everything worked as promised. But it was the reassurance from the support team that really made the experience stand out. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident throughout the process.
