I needed to get used to the top up service by putting in screen shots of the requested stuff, but it works fine 99% of the time. And if ther is an issue, the service is very nice and solves all problems.

I've been with Packsify for a long time now and in that time have spent thousands of pounds through them, mostly without issue. The one time an issue occurred, they owned it fully, offered a compensation figure and job done, it's been stellar ever since. I have been using Packsify for around 4 months now to buy packs for Kingshot and the experience has been great overall. Any issues I’ve experienced were quickly resolved by the support team, who were polite helpful and very responsive. I choose them based on other people’s feedback and the fact they buy as you felt low risk of running into issues with the game rules.
The discounts on buying with them vs in game prices were another reason.
All my orders have been completed correctly and taken no more than 30 minutes from start to finish even during the busiest event periods of the game.
