Just love the availability it’s a great chance for a fresh start.

I've tried several times to host with PadSplit, but they insist on requiring 2-way locks on exterior doors, which adds no security value and is a huge safety hazard. I refuse to put my tenants in danger like that, and I don't understand why PadSplit insists on it.

THEY DONT REFUND YOUR MONEY ONCE THEY TAKE IT UNDER FALSE PRETENSES.
USE CRAIGS LIST INSTEAD.

They are amazing at abomination and they are extremely welcoming.

PadSplit saved me honestly from going homeless. Plus I found a house right down the street from my job. And the host has been awesome to me.

The booking process seemed easy, however, I selected a move in date that was available and the system assigned a move in date that was further out than I could adjust to. I notified support immediately and was told I could change the move in date to the date I had originally selected, but would have to pay a penalty, even though the system was in error and I notified support only moments after the issue occured. Support could not bypass the system to remove the charges. Support did credit my account some of the cost of the charges, but ultimately I had a fee for moving in on the date I selected. I paid my weekly dues on time, but this charge continued to show up and was not labeled a move in date change charge, but a membership dues fee. This was confusing, to say the least, when I paid the charge noted on my account as "membership dues", to a zero balance the day before my weekly due date, and then woke up to find a new membership dues charge and threat of a late fee and lockout on my account the next morning. This was concerning because of my budget. Ultimately, the situation was somewhat rectified, but not by myself, as I submitted 5 tickets and called twice about the issue over the course of several weeks and never received the support needed to resolve the issue. Further, support treated me with disdain and told me I was "uncooperative" because they were trying to tell me that this charge was a membership dues fee and that it was because I had to pay in "advance", when in fact it was not a membership fee at all and I had paid in advance. Support also did not respond to my 5 requests for communication, although they said I was emailed a breakdown of the charges, which was just late fee amounts and designation and the late fee incurred due date, but not what the charge was originally for. The late fees were tacked on to the move in date change charge weekly. This service seems sketchy with little stability and a high chance of the consumer getting ripped off as apparently the human side is unable to change or make adjustments in billing, even when irregular or erroneous charges are applied. I will not be likely to use this service again.

I'm very satisfied with the house it's very clean it's a new house it's off in the cut very private totally totally satisfied I have absolutely no complaints

The unit is in a quiet, clean area of Atlanta and Elyas the host is highly responsive if I have any questions. Padsplit and their mission to affordable housing is top in my book.

Very Clean and friendly Progressive Home.

Absolutely a scam. Grimy landlords and no tenant advocates. Lots of unethical hosts who use intimidation tactics and bribery to get you do do what they want you to do. Little to no amenities despite paying $250 + per week. They try to take complete advantage of you. None of the tenants are screened so you literally do not know who you could be living with. Worst experience ever. They make you sign a 12 week commitment then try to evict you before the 12 weeks are up. 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND

The prices of many of the rooms I have seen has been nice, the price I am paying for my room is also decent, the location is great, but, it is just a little far from stores, and as someone without a car, that is a bit inconvenient, however, I still really enjoy living where I am, it is a nice, mostly quiet neighborhood, the application process is simple too, Padsplit is definitely a service I'll recommend to friends and family.

Great experience with my host and pad roommates! Highly recommend Matt and this house :) 🏠 sad to leave after 3 month amazing stay but I have to work in a different city.

Everything is amazing. The app has everything possible that I need including easy access to speak with my host and has everything in the app for him to help me out while I am going through a rough path, I am almost on my feet and finally out of the extended stay motel cycle. And it is a lot more affordable than any of those places. Also everything I need is right here at this place that feels so much more like a home!

I stayed at PadSplit for almost 3 years, and it was a perfect transitional home. I definitely recommend it for those trying to get back on their feet.
