My Faith in Customer Service Has Been Restored

A few days ago, I posted a review here describing our worsening experience with this company. We've had an issue with early payments, and though we had an exceptional experience for the first few years (shout out to Alex!), it's been getting worse over time. When I posted that review, I expected nothing at all. As a business owner myself, I just firmly believe in holding companies accountable and protecting other consumers whenever possible.

Imagine my surprise when the COO himself reached out to me directly within hours and handled the issue promptly with genuine compassion and warmth. In 2026, customer service feels dead. Most companies have fired their customer service teams and replaced them with infuriating, useless chatbots. And as a consumer, it feels frustrating and dehumanizing when you have an issue that requires a personal touch.

I'm so happy to say that Panacea Financial has raised the bar for me and restored my faith. Thank you so much, Ned, Alex, and the Panacea team, for your exceptional customer service recovery and for providing an invaluable service to physicians and their families.

We have recommended Panacea Financial to many doctors over the years, and I'm happy to recommend them today.

Great loan option, just need more communication

Th process was easy to apply for the loan. My only issue was the turn around time from application to actually receiving the loan. I felt like I had to be the one to constantly reach out to the loan advisor for an update instead of them keeping me updated from their end. The company advertises being approved in 24hrs but it took over a week before everything with my loan was settled. And I don’t have any crazy outstanding debts or poor credit, my credit score was pretty high. Overall, the experience was okay, I just wish there was a little more clarity on timeline and better communication

Took resident physician loan, Totally recommend!

I took a resident physician loan through panacea and highly recommend it! Tanner was very professional and guided me through the entire process, patiently explaining things along the way. The process was super smooth, and I got approved within a few hours!!! They offer loans to residents and fellows, as well as new attendings, and do physician contracts, mortgages and more! They also serve dentists and vets.

I would like to add that the website was very intuitive. It was super fast, and dare I say better than capital one/BofA website. My software engineering husband was super impressed too!

Hard working, responsive team

Adam did a great job of working within some of the severe time and technical constraints I was dealing with whilst coordinating a cross-country relocation. When he had to be out of the office, he took initiative to forward all information to Jake, who picked up right were Adam left off and also did a great job. I am glad I chose this company.

Great experience .

As a dentist with 28 years of experience, I’ve dealt with many banks, but Panacea is truly in a league of its own. I was in the middle of a complex relocation for a new contract, and while other banks just 'punched the numbers' and gave an automated answer, Panacea actually listened to my story.

My advisor, Adam, was exceptional. He communicated clearly at every single step and kept me updated throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a lender that treats you like a professional colleague rather than just a credit score. If you are a healthcare provider looking for a bank that understands the nuances of our careers, look no further!

Excellent Banking for Healthcare Providers

Great Concierge Banking Service. Wonderful perks - think Primis Bank but even better. My only feedback - the automated emails and website are pretty basic/limited in their UI/UX. The iOS App and Web App do all the basics really well, but there just isn’t a slick interface. Think Windows XP instead of Mac OS.

Also — strangely, they send automatic balance updates at 12-noon instead of first thing in the morning (which does not make sense to me).

Additionally — be aware that it’s much easier and more predictable to get them on the phone than to email them. They do not respond to email in a timely manner (if at all). Calls are simple enough though. They pick up quickly and are quite helpful.

I switched to Panacea Bank because my previous favorite banking experience (Fidelity Investments CMA) has become so utterly tedious with extreme delays. Fidelity had a major fracas with Bank Fraud that led to them changing operational policies that include holding onto Mobile Check Deposits and Outside Bank to Fidelity Transfers between 5-10 business days while they verify presence of funds. I eventually found that delay an unacceptable and deeply inconvenient lack of prompt and reliable account liquidity.
