My husband ordered phones from…

My husband ordered phones from Panasonic that will not keep the date and time. I called them at least 10 times and eventually they said to send proof of purchase. I sent the Amazon page to prove purchase and they want something else now. My husband is dead now and I don't have a computer or anyone else to help me. I don't see well and looking for more proof is not something I can do. They don't care. They used to be a good company. Now the phone is just a piece of crap. Don't buy one they're not a good product anymore. I see that they don't care. By looking at the crappy reviews. Rip off the elderly, good job. Do you work for trump? This is just like his regime. Useless waste of my small income.

Archaic Unblocking Process

Considering the constant barrage of telemarketer calls I end up blocking many numbers. Sometimes legitimate calls arrive as "robo calls," and sometimes those numbers get blocked.

The unblock process is incredibly stupid. There's no way to enter the single number you want to unblock. Instead the only option is to scroll through the list of blocked numbers until you find the right one. Ridiculous!

Negligent!

I sent a very expensive video projector to fix, I paid $1200+ to have something replaced. They sent it back with the same problem and then started to give me an error with the light bulbs. I got a new pair ($300), when I opened the unit, they didn't screw the lightbulbs at the repair center and they were all lose.

Responsible for making one of the worst…

Responsible for making one of the worst infotainment systems in my 2022 honda accord. Crashes, apple carplay refuses to connect, entire system reboots out of nowhere, Honda dealership address the problem 3 times each visit and just resets the system. Same thing im doing on youtube myself. I cannot believe this company is making such garbage for a top reliability car brand. You should be ashamed for making cheap products that fail!.

The service couldn't possibly be worse.

the telephone tree options do not include consumer electronics. I have tried every possible phone number for them, and it's the same run around. I have never reached a live agent. This is the worst customer service that I have ever encountered.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

Is it possible to give less than one star? This fraudulent company is an absolute scam. I have been trying to open my BRAND NEW panasonic microwave since last night, I put a bowl of soup and microwaved it for two minutes, and the door is absolutely impossible to open. I read through the manual several times and repeated the "unlock child lock" steps ad nauseam for about an hour and a half. I have been trying to contact customer support for the past hour, I have been on hold listening to a continuous recording of a robot telling me that there is a 20 minute wait time and that I might be forced to pay 10 dollars for the support needed to SIMPLY OPEN MY MICROWAVE. After about 15 minutes (estimated wait time did not change once during the call) the robot operator told me something along the lines of "thank you for calling, please rate your customer service experience". I NEVER TALKED TO ANYONE. DOES ANYTHING AT THIS COMPANY WORK AT ALL??? I now have a microwave that is probably covered completely in soup, hopefully I will be able to return it. This company has wasted between two and three hours of my invaluable time at this point, DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ASININE COMPANY.

I expected more from Panasonic

I purchased the Panasonic, Close Curves, electrice razor and bikini trimmer 04/24/25. By the end of January 2026 the head had broken from normal use. Everything on Amazon and the Panasonic website said all their products have a two year warranty. Amazon refers third party product support to the seller and the Panasonic website just goes in circles. The site says you need to fill out a claim form online, but the link just goes back to the page saying you have to fill out the form. I tried to contact someone through chat and never received an answer.
For years Panasonic has been my go to for anything electronic. I guess now they are just as greedy and dishonest as everything else. Don't waste your money on a two year warranty that is nothing but a lie.

Just why? Just why are you embarrassed on your Panasonic PHONES?

Why is it impossible to get a single question answered? Just now. Standing in front of my phone. My TV says voicemail. It doesn’t ring. Why did take me over 1 hour to get really pissed off. Because when you have 3 or 4 different model numbers on your phone. Next an example of what a request was. Press # 2-4-6-8 nothing happens. Over and over.
Another issue. Why on one handset. When the request is to press a number.
Impossible. So now I will absolutely not buy another PANASONIC product ever. Why did they request payment for phone support.
And I have an A Rule. Apple & Amazon gets an A. Why? Because they never rush you off the phone. And don’t ask like they’re busy.
Why I got a chance to explain about my service. I took a while doing so. Then it disappeared..
So what I will be doing. Finding out the Stock name. I will be checking out if they’re a healthy company.
I believe not. DESPERATE IS THE ANSWER.
Asking money for phone support. It was impossible to find a phone number on the website…

Thank you for more Non-Help

Thank you for more Non-Help. I'm out over $200, and Best Buy refuses to exchange/repair/refund on this clearly defective product claiming they do not carry ANY Panasonic products, even though I purchased it through Best Buy. You (Panasonic.) send me some vague websites with obscure instructions on where to take my "Shipped New & Defective" ES LV-67 razor, where I will undoubtedly receive more of the same.

As a Disabled Veteran, I have already spent many hours and driven many miles ($$$) in search of correcting this situation, and found that everybody points at everybody else to resolve the problem. Clearly this product was known to be defective when packaged, sold & shipped, and I was merely another unlucky recipent in your efforts to limit your losses on a bad run of defective merchandise. You could have saved me the additional time and expense at the onset by simply stating: "Our product is defective and our warranty is worthless, NOW PLEASE GO AWAY!"

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had

I ordered an item directly from Panasonic’s official website on January 8, and it wasn’t delivered until January 29. That delay alone would be frustrating, but what made this experience unacceptable was the customer service.
I had to contact Panasonic five times just to get basic information about my order. Customer service was consistently unhelpful and did nothing except “escalate” the issue. There were no clear answers and no sense of responsibility.
They did not even provide a tracking number until I contacted them and explicitly asked for it. As a customer, I was left completely in the dark about where my order was or if it had even shipped.
At some point I asked to cancel the order because I was tired of waiting. They couldn’t even do that. Supervisors replied by email with generic apologies, saying they were “experiencing difficulties,” but offered no real explanation, no alternatives, and no compensation.
The most frustrating part is that I could have ordered the same item from Amazon and received it in two days. Instead, ordering directly from Panasonic turned into a three-week wait with poor communication and ineffective support.
This experience seriously damaged my trust in Panasonic. Slow fulfillment, lack of transparency, and empty apologies instead of action. I would not recommend ordering from their official website.

Horrible customer service

We purchased a Panasonic Microwave-NN-SE785S-SHSP60186 directly from Panasonic USA for our holiday season, but it was never received. Despite multiple calls, emails, and countless hours invested neither Panasonic or Fed Ex would file a claim or accept responsibility! Neither would contact the other or try to resolve this issue. They both reflect the arrogance and disrespect for their customers. Unfortunately, not only do we not have the item we had purchased for our holiday but have also been charged without any hope of resolution.

Panasonic Zinc-Carbon AA batteries dangerous experience

I had a serious issue with Panasonic Zinc-Carbon AA batteries For low power products.
One of them is exploded from the negative pole, releasing a large amount of corrosive electrolyte that damaged a wooden drawer.
This is unacceptable for a brand with such history.
I would like to point out that there were no metal objects inside the drawer, they were placed at a distance from each other, and they had only been stored there for a short time.
Never again Zinc-Carbon, never again Panasonic.

from childhood

from childood i remember that these company's earphones are one of the best, comapred to other brands the wiring is of superioe quality.
I swear, no matter how I twisted the wires of the earphones, they lasted loong, like for 5+ years and mor importantnyl they quality of sound did not deteriorate much
Idk what kind of wires they are using, has to be simple copper to conduct electricity, perhaps it has to do with special coating , that rubber is of some type

Apart from that, they are stylish, so it is like beauty + performance + add price..not so expensive for such quality

No access to their expertise/customer service non existent.

Maybe they have good products - how would I know? They have a super firewall to the public - the best you can do is to submit an inquiry form which likely is automatically deleted. "We'll get back to you shortly." Whatever. Same with the vendors that do not have the expertise I need. I am a very specialized architect and builder. I need to find an ERV product switched via a radostat. I'll try Honeywell instead.

For so many years I’ve trusted this service. Bought a wide range of home appliances from them. Blenders, phones, I think the best in their category. I knew if I buy Panasonic it means I get an issue covered for at least 5 years. Believe it or not, phones in my office have been used for almost 7 years and if our employees were more careful, it would serve its purpose for even longer. Superb quality
