If you want compost collected go with a different company
I’ve read some reviews and I’ve seen the one based in Wexford and feel slightly better knowing I’m not alone! Except it’s our compost bin that hasn’t been collected in two months despite me calling multiple times, and emailing. The WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. I pay well above average for these bins too (7 euro more than AES I have learned at least through this experience) . I’ve had to remove a three compost bins (the one allocated and two house bins) to the new Ross depot today. I can’t describe the smell. The maggots etc but I had no other option. I’ve cancelled my direct debit. If you’re rural Wexford think twice before going with Panda.

The panda guys who take brown bins (food waste) who work in Athy, Kildare do a very bad job. They wouldn't pick the bins if they are not in the curb. I saw them walk right past my bins as they were partially not on the curb. How rude????

Best bin company ever i had a contract with another bin company before this one and it was horrendous if they see as much a one maggot in the bins they wouldn't pick them up with panda u don't have that issue they pick up ur bins every time no issues with this company absolutely love it also the customers care ppl are amazing always so patient

They arranged for a replacement of my leaking compost bin, free of charge and also provided a second recycling bin at no extra cost. Customer service agent was very helpful.

i needed a pick up calendar - on the website the DL option send s 2023 - 2024 - one quick chat later I have it - not removing a start for something that was sorted so fast and i enjoy Panda as my service provider. From calling the Office to the guys on the trucks everyone is so helpful
