On July 16, 2025 at 23:43:43, I was charged $50 for a yearly subscription through your app (package: com.pandavpn.androidproxy).
Even though I accepted the charge, my subscription was later canceled without refund and I received no access to the service.
This is completely unfair. I paid for a full year and got nothing. Please refund the full amount immediately. Otherwise, I will report this to Google Play, my bank, and review sites.
I subscribed with them for two years and paid upfront. After about a year, I was suddenly charged automatically through PayPal! They initially refused to refund me, so I opened a dispute. They refunded me but then canceled my subscription — just because they felt like it. I should also mention their speeds are terrible; I’ve never experienced such a mess with constantly switching servers like with other providers. Don’t sign up with them — the cheap price will cost you in the long run.
