We had two bespoke windows installed. One couldn’t be fitted because of an error in the order. Panoramic windows installation team admitted the error, apologies sincerely, arranged for another window to be made, remained easy to contact providing regular updates. The final result was excellent. I think an important judgement about a service is the response when processes go wrong and the Panoramic team who managed this were very impressive. The final result was perfect so that is why I felt that five stars is appropriate

Great experience from meeting sales team (Martin) and design our front door / porch with a low threshold for disability access. A few items needed to be added after installation and the team were on it straight away with ordering the missing parts and coming back to fix them. We are very happy with the overall experience we have had and would highly recommend.

We chose Panoramic to fit our windows as we had had recommendations from family and friends who had used them. We went to the showroom to have a look at the windows, we fell in love with the flush style. From start to finish Panoramic have been a pleasure to deal with, from the sales team to the window fitters.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Poor service in general at rip off prices. No after sales care on poorly installed products.

It is refreshing to be able to write a 5 star review! (I usually find myself writing 1 star reviews). Panoramic have been really good to do business with from the moment I walked into their showroom in Mangotsfield. The salesman listened to me (not always the case with double glazing salesman), understood my requirements and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. The price was competitive, the payment structure was explained clearly and I was kept informed of the progress of my order and installation date. The fitters - Kieran and Jack - were great. Prompt, polite, professional and really nice guys. I think that the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived! There was surprisingly little mess during the whole installation process. Unfortunately, the last pane to be installed was cracked but this was remedied within a couple of weeks. The job involved full replacement of all the windows and we are very pleased with the end result. It has been a pleasure doing business with a local company and I would be happy to recommend them to anybody.

We needed replacements for single glazed sash windows that were draughty, rattled and beyond repair. Being in a conservation area these had to be like for like replacements. We looked on line at various companies. were impressed with the options available at Panoramic and visited a showroom.
They came and looked at the work and were able to source exactly what we were looking for, at a reasonable price.
The fitters were excellent, making good rendering etc and leaving everything clean, tidy and working perfectly.
Couldn't fault the service and would definitely recommend them.

I think it is good to judge a Company by whether they are still there for you some years after installation, and as I needed to call Panoramic some eight years after our windows were fitted to ask for some help, they couldn't have been more helpful to us. Highly recommended for their customer service.

I have used Panoramic Window Company before and the service received on this occasion was equally as good as the first time. All staff have been excellent from the first point of contact with the company. Always extremely polite and knowledgeable and arriving on agreed dates and times. They were very good at keeping me informed of progress prior to the actual installation. On the day of installation the fitters arrived on time and kept me fully informed regarding the planned process and progress. Rich and the other guy (I can’t remember his name) were absolutely brilliant and did an amazing job. All mess was cleared away post installation. We reviewed the work with the fitters and found no issues or problems. They even rectified a very small problem with the patio doors Panoramic had previously installed. I would happily recommend Panoramic to other potential customers.

We have been customers of Panoramic for many years and are very pleased with our most recent purchase a new front door. From initial sales consultation to installation this week, all staff we have dealt with have been very helpful, friendly and professional.

We wanted to replace a tilt and turn window for an ordinary one and Andy in the showroom was very helpful.
Jack installed the window and did a brilliant job and kept us informed at every stage. Would always use Panaramic.

When I visited the showroom, I was greeted by Martin Bird, who welcomed me and discussed my requirements for replacement patio doors. Martin asked relevant questions, demonstrated the product and quoted a good price.

Martin's knowledge, or use if it, seemed better than a competitors that I had just visited. The cost of the work was also slightly cheaper.

Communication with Panaramic was good throughout and my new patio doors were installed just six weeks after ordering.

Very organised and professional. The time estimates for the manufacture and fitting were spot on. The guys who fitted the windows knew what they were doing and the second visit to fit some flashing and adjust a door was equally professional.

Panoramic will provide you with a first class customer service. We felt well informed and looked after from the time we entered the showroom to make our first enquiry, Their product quality is excellent, we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Installed door jan 24. Incorrect door lock fitted. Arguments with Panoramic for several months to get lock changed. Eventually had to submit a section 75 claim to the credit card company. They then installed the correct lock but the lock was noisy and was not easy to use as it would stick. Was asked by Panoramic to provide a recording of the locking /unlocking. I refused. They set up an appointment to check the door locking for 10am to 12am. They arrived at 9am and wondered why nobody was there. Can back at 9:45 on request. Spent nearly an hour trying to adjust the door. It is now working. This took 9 months, 4 visits from the company, 2 changes of locks, about 50 emails, no apology, no compensation, no good will left.

So impressed with my new windows and the guys that fitted them. Very good service from beginning to end. They made good the plastering and rendering and there was very little mess to clean up! Would definitely recommend Panoramic

From start to finish Panoramic were
more than happy to deal with my initial
enquiries, to placing the order, to then fitting my new sliding patio doors. Although one glazing panel had a factory fault from dekko which was replaced with no issues…..Jack (Fitter) was brilliant on both occasions going the extra mile he is a credit to your team.

The fitters were lovely..nothing was a fuss or problem and they cleared all debris from the garden without complaint. The windows look really smart and give a fresh contemporary feel to my home. I have already recommended to two friends.

After having new windows installed by Panoramic we decided to have a new front door installed, The whole purchasing process was very easy with there expert advice guidance & surveying.
The fitters where expert and done a great job, We our both pleased with Panoramic a local company to us which is imported to use to support local businesses.

Right from the start panoramic windows were very obliging from the moment I walked through the showroom door to taking delivery of my bifold. There are knowledge of the product was excellent and I felt I had good value for money .There showroom is very well displayed. Would I recommend panoramic windows to anyone? Yes 100%.

We are very pleased with our Evolution windows fitted by Panoramic. Visiting the showroom was a pleasant experience and we were made to feel very welcome by Andy. He visited the house to measure up and again was very helpful explaining the process and timescales and who would be dealing with each aspect of the installation. This was really helpful as it was reassuring at payment stages to know how the invoices would arrive to reduce the chance of a scam.
Communication was very efficient and clear at all stages. We had a couple of snags that needed rectification after installation but these were sorted without our intervention and to our satisfaction-it was refreshing not to have to fight with a company to get things resolved. I am not that easy to please but I am really pleased and would have given 5 stars if there had been no snagging at all. I would definitely recommend Panoramic
