I don't know where all the nativity is coming from. This company is fantastic. Expensive...but fantastic. I've been buying for the last 20 years. All I would moan about is...I don't know what they've done to the website but it used to be really straightforward to navigate...now it's a right faff. If you want to buy in bulk for projects like I do. Go direct. But they are going to have to take phone orders if this website carries on.

Reached out to this company multiple times very soon after placing my online order.

They just simply ignore you. No customer service nothing.

So you’ve taken our money and there are no resolutions to any issues.

i had placed a big order here but something went wrong and they had my wrong email so i havent received any emails and now they have delivered my pakage to a lockerbox and i don't have received any code to open it and i can't get the package.
i have contacted them about this issue and they just ignore you and tell you! i will never order here again!

Paperblanks sells beautiful notebooks and planners. There are many different options to chose from and it is hard to pick one given all the available gorgeous designs. The notebooks often have a haptic pattern imprinted onto them, making them very nice to pick up. I like the designs the best that are taken from art pieces. I hope this company will stay the same in the future and keeps delivering the same kind of love and quality to their products.

Items delivered late, damaged and one item short. Intended as part of a Mother’s Day gift which arrived late, damaged and short one item. Did include an unordered hard back pictorial account of what I assume was a work piss up which just added insult to injury. Very much regret my first, and last, purchase from this supplier, and only wish I had reviewed them before purchasing. Would provide photos but don’t appear to have that option. Everything went great, the delivery took about a week and a half, but all the products arrived perfectly wraped up and in great condition. No suprises inside, it was exactly what I had ordered! Great products!

I’ve ordered and paid two weeks ago, but I have no new information about my package, the tracking doesn’t work, and the customer service isn’t communicating with me.

It vane quick, was in perfect condition and looked great. Love the product.

Be careful when you order on their website because once you've placed an order, it's the end. Even if you cancel the order by calling them, they send you the order anyway. And even if you tell to them and to the delivery company that you've cancelled the order, they don't communicate so they deliver you anyway and you've lost money.
When you got a damaged product, they sent you a replacement product but the it's even worse than the first order.
I give 3-stars just because their product are beautiful but they're unable to solve problems...
