Not bad, good prices, plenty of parking during peak cherry blossom season.

Arrived at garage with quote of $70 for our stay by parking attendant. Managed to find parking on parking.com for $21 for our stay, saved $50 on parking through this website so am very happy.

The actual garage was well run and had lots of space. Car was a hire car so was important for us that it was safe and it definitely was.

Cleanest and safest parking garage I've ever seen. Getting in and out of the garage was a complex puzzle that it took me (an out-of-towner) a while to solve. Once I solved that puzzle - it was ok.

I was able to reserve my parking in advance, with in-out privileges. It was about half what I would have paid to park at my hotel. The whole process was easy and straightforward, and the attendants in the garage were friendly and helpful.

Booking was very easy, pricing transparent as well. Over the weekend you can use reserved parking space for self parking. This should be explained better in future to avoid doubts in finding your parking lot.

I should not even give a star. We got a boot on our car. A $115 fee. I tried to get additional hours added to the time. The system would not let me. We had decided to go on a cemetery tour and we could not make it back to the car to add the additional hours. It was suppose to be seamless. That is why we parked there. We really feel this was a total scam. All of a sudden we decide to add more hours and the system does not let us. I would not recommend parking in the lots or using Parking.com. Use Uber or Lyft to get to your destination. The tour ended up costing double of the original cost.

Code wouldn’t scan, nobody to contact. Still charged so bad to pay twice. Emailed to request a refund a no response.

This is my 2nd time parked over here and I had good experience in both times.Their customer service is good and they have plenty of spaces.

I paid for my parking and got a ticket saying I didn’t pay. I sent an email and I haven’t heard a thing

I would never park here again. The lot is deceitful, dishonest, difficult to get into, and badly shaped. The QR code didn’t work. You didn’t honor your own posted prices (daily maximum of 21$ on the sign and online). I was charged 34$ for 1 day of parking. I could have parked several blocks away for 15$ all day. I’m reporting the company and the lot to the better business bureau.
