We were 4 minutes late getting back to…
We were 4 minutes late getting back to our parking spot. There was zero grace period. Our entry pass expired and we were unable to enter the garage. Another client mercifully let us into the garage. To get our car out we were forced to pay for another full 4 hours of parking and talk to the representative on the intercom at the exit gate. We were there for more than 20 minutes trying to get this sorted. First we had to pay again. Then we used the intercom to reach the representative. It took her a long time to understand our problem, that we had paid a second time and what we wanted. In the end she only let us out as a favor. On top of that, this parking garage was the tightest space I've ever had to maneuver and park in, and I've parked many times in big city garages in Europe. The location of the open parking spots was not clearly marked or signed--we almost parked in a reserved spot without realizing it. We thought "reserved" meant reserved for us given as we had made an online reservation for the garage. A kind parking subscriber in the garage helped us know where to park properly. I hope I never have to do this again. Nightmare!
Parking.com is the cheapest and best
Parking.com is the cheapest and best. First choice for Chicago parking.
After I scanned my Parking code
After I scanned my Parking code, it made me take a ticket to enter the garage. When leaving, I again scanned my code, and it made me enter my ticket. I then had to pay $14 to get out, AFTER I had already paid on the app. The $14 was a cheaper price than I would’ve had to have paid For the entire day, so it wasn’t that I was just paying for parking. It just doesn’t make sense, but essentially I had to double pay.
I usually use SpotHero, but I decided to try parking.com as it was slightly cheaper. The garage itself is fine. I park there quite often.

everything works smoothly
Easy, convenient, and no hassle parking
Directions were clear and the parking was well marked. There were no issues getting into or out of the parking structure, and again, directions were well marked inside the parking structure.
Extra long or wide vehicles are not recommended at this location.
Fast & easy access to garage
I purchased my ticket online and it was super fast and easy to get acess to the garage.
Make sure you know the height before you book
My truck would not fit in the parking ramp, it’s a pickup. Unfortunately there was no way to get my prepaid money back so it was a waste.
Good price.
Good price.
I went in the wrong garage at first. They me out at no charge to go to the correct garage.
Parking was easy to use and find.
Parking was easy to find, secure, and convenient. Only issue we had was the QR Code scanner at the pedestrian entrance. We tried several times and different phones and were never able to scan it. Thankfully, a resident of the attached condos let us in.

No in-an-out option; poor customer service
Parking site has no way to book parking with in-and-out privileges. This is highly annoying, since some of the lots listed appear on other sites (at higher prices) with in-and-out options available. Would gladly pay a premium.
Also, customer service never responds to e-mail. Calling did not get any helpful information.

Great resource for Chicago parking
The directions, the parking location and what to do once you got there were very clear and detailed. The actual parking location was conveniently located near where I needed to be. Because of this service I was able to find a great location to use.
