Your worthless app doesn’t store my CC for use while parking despite having put it in there several times in my account. What is the point of an app if it’s not convenient and allows for seamless one-touch use. I’ll use lots over seeing your app. ParkMobile was far better that you.

Using the application was not easy at all. It is not designed for people who are less than savvy with phone apps. Of course, a driver doesn't have a choice to use an alternative and if you can't figure the thing out or you can't get a signal in the parking deck, you have to leave. You leave an entire section of the older generation out of using infrastructure that they were used to. Innovation should be simple to adapt to old forms of everyday life. My money is just as good as a younger persons. You are losing costumers because of this kind of exclusion.

Show price up front. App failed no idea whether I paid, was worried about ticket. Terrible experience will never park there again

I parked in a public garage on a Sunday in Decatur. I thought that parking was free on Saturdays and Sundays; it is-but apparently. not at this one. Once I got out of my vehicle, I saw the sign that said that it was a 24/7 garage, so I attempted to pay via the mobile app as instructed. The app would not accept my payment so I went to the restaurant where I had planned to eat and was seated. When my waitress arrived, I asked her about the parking. She said that most every lot is free on Sunday, but not the garage where I was parked. I ordered my food and went back to attempt to pay again. I was never informed as to whether my payment had been accepted, so I took a chance and went back to the restaurant and tried to enjoy my meal. I checked my banking app the next day and the payment had been debited. Not a good experience!

Expensive, QR code on entry - dangerous way to pay for parking

Gor blasted with outrageous price and was not aware of how much it was until it was basically too late to turn back

The website timed out multiple times and said it did not accept my payment when finally it did go through but I never received a text or email confirmation. I was charged for parking but still received a citation. This was after I changed lots because the website was not working at the first lot.

I paid for parking using the text to pay. It stated thank you for your purchase! Can back from dinner and had a citation on the car. So I checked & didn’t see my receipt, so I paid the citation. Then a few minutes later after I received my receipt for citation payment, then the receipt for the original payment shows up in my email! Not happy paying twice!!!

Very convenient, but 12.00 for an hour in Decatur, GA on Sunday morning is too much.

This app is very clumsily organized and doesn’t seem very intuitive. And, a service fee on top of the 12 dollars for 2 hours.LAME.

Awful. App not working well and it wouldn’t let me adjust numbers on time so I paid 37 dollars for two hours. Ugh. No refunds.
