The north parking lot at ELP Int’l Airport provides great convenience. As it is just a short walk to the terminal. I trust that my vehicle is secure to include the convenience of scan and pay.

Very convenient. Close location to airport. Difficulty finding location (West Parking), but new signs were installed now.

The direction was incorrect, I dint park at you location I use airport parking because can't find your directions.

Simple and easy payment by phone and location was walkable from the airport

Scheduling via the app and online was near impossible. Called customer service and they sent me a link that worked.

easy to use, close to the terminal. APP worked fine and they reminded me when the time was expiring. Great service

I got charged twice for a total of $30+ dollars for what should have been 10.99/24 hour. I called the support number twice, was met with terrible customer service and attitude, was then transferred to another department, twice which disconnected me after a few minutes of holding. I also tried to fill out an online dispute form but my city is not listed in the drop down and its a required field. Im over it.

Definitely confusing. I was taken by surprise on the changes to the airport parking situation. I think the public should have been notified and educated on how things work now. I was not catching a flight, just renting a vehicle. If I was catching a flight and having to realize you have to download an app to park and pre pay, it would have been even more stressful. I think the city owes the city the courtesy to really reach out and educate.

Very easy to find and convenient to find a parking spot. It was also cheaper than the other locations.

The place is correct to people that don't want to wait for shuttle transport.

We didn't see a sign that said overflow was more expensive but from reading the reviews here, it appears it's $10/day, not 7. This was the 2nd time we overpaid based on available parking and I just now figured it out. My ticket ID # is 838ca2eda925. I'd like to be reimbursed for the difference between what we thought we were paying and what we actually paid, $154. We arrived on Dec. 18. Thanks.

When I arrived at the El Paso International Airport and was looking for a place to park, I discovered a relatively new parking lot next to the rental car lot. Upon entering it didn't have a kiosk where one would receive an entry ticket. So, following the instructions on the entrance sign I scanned the QR code which led me to an instructional website. Following the steps, I provided the requested information and prepaid my stay. At first, I felt it a little time consuming. It asked me when I would be returning to retrieve my car (date and time) and then it provided me with the cost and allowed my to prepay my parking. Upon my arrival back in El Paso and while retrieving my luggage I received a text message reminding me that my time in the lot was about to expire and, although I didn't need to, gave me an opportunity to extend my stay. Nice function in the event your flight is delayed. My entire parking experience went without glitch and I was able to easily park and retrieve my car at the end of my trip.

The reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars, it's a little confusing at first and most definitely requires a little more time accessing a website and setting your parking criteria and then prepaying for the parking. As opposed to just driving thru a gated/kiosk and grabbing a ticket and settling your debt upon retrieving your vehicle and exiting the parking lot.

No surprises, easy peasy.

The sign read $10/day I was there from the 19th and left on the 27th, I was charged $180.00. How is this right? I would like a refund please. I do expect to pay for the days I was parked there but not when I wasn't there. Thank you!

Convenient parking

Easy parking. However I had issues with qr code. After opening it and being prompted to create an account was Redirected to "scam looking " site. It required several tries to get to proper app

Easy to use app. Prices were reasonable. Would use it again.

The only reason that I used your "service" was that I had no choice; for some reason the short term parking lot was closed. I don't appreciat having to pay $10.99 for parking to pick up a rental car.
