One self serve working. One of two manned stations were manned as usual. Line was 12 cars long in each lane . Plus the self serve one hardly works. Says to leave card in but when in reality u have to pull your card fast. Seems like they would change the sign and get the middle one working as a self serve

The QR code wouldn’t scan and I could not get in. I need my money back. I ended up pressing the button for a ticket.

Nobody to help direct where to park, didn't know if was in correct spot. Need someone to help outside

Easy and convenient at Flint Bishop Airport

Everything went great, especially this bring our first time parking at Flint Bishop. It was a good smooth process.

Website a little hard to follow-no info on use at entrance gate. Do you scan your prepaid or take ticket also

Parking was confusing at Flint, due to shuttle parking, longterm, and shorterm parking literally in front of airport. My Ist time. Figured it out, hoped I wasnt parking in wrong lot, but all worked out. I will be flying out of flint again.

The bar code I received didn't work. There was no attendant and I ended up paying another $40 to leave, all in all out $94 for 4 days parking. I called the parking airport and left a message, and surprise surprise no response. I will never use it again. There was no instructions as far as scanning when you first arrive.

I really liked how easy it was to use the prepay option. The only downside was our flight was delayed and the QR Code that appeared on my electronic parking pass expired. That expiration did not allow my QR Code to scan so I had to go through the attendant and not self serve.

Finding a parking space was no issue, but I reserved ahead of time and upon arriving at the lot, my QR code would not scan. I had even printed the document with the code and it still would not scan. I called the help desk and no one answered and I pressed the help/assistance button and got no response. I am really unhappy with this experience and how much time I wasted trying to speak with someone to help me and ended up having to take a standard ticket so I would not miss my flight. I still have not had any communication or response from anyone and will now be forced to handle this issue after I arrive back from my vacation in a few days.

At first the site was a pain to locate as there were multiple sites. Finally went directly through airport rather then parking at airport. One I was there, everything was a breeze. I chose to make the reservation because I found out a day in advance that my flight was moved up by an hour. This would be bad except I am driving from northern MI. Convenience was my priority.

Easy to website to navigate and checking out was a breeze. I just showed the parking attendant my phone and she scanned it.

By paying ahead at the Flint airport, I discovered that I over paid by more than $20. I was told by the woman at the gate that parking at the Flint airport was only $10 a day and that I had paid over $50! I won't use this service again.

We paid more to use your service than it cost to park there. Construction made it confusing as to where we could park.

Links on website to get Instructions explaining how the system would operate did not work. Instructions at entry were not correct. Very frustrating way to start a trip. It would appear that they were selling reservations before the infrastructure for an operating system was in place.

Had no clue I would be paying for parking that was readily available for all, without reservations! Feel taken advantage of. I pd more than those who didnt reserve parking for the exact same parking! Feeling taken advantage of!!

Parking was very convenient and fair pricing. My only criticism is that the email we received did not have thw scan code or instructions. So we had to call. The man I spoke to was very helpful but when purchasing online you expect to have instructions and proper paperwork.

The process of reserving it online was very confusing, then when we went to leave the person working at the gate bad no idea what was going on.

Attendant was very helpful. Will use this again.
