Too expensive and no humans to be found.

Easy in and out. Just a bit confusing about paymentbut worked well in the end

TOOK 1.5 HOURS TO EXIT PARKING GARAGE!!! Never again!

The show was just as long as it took us to leave the parking garage and that’s only because people got fed up and formed another line to leave!

Easy peasy...

Location is excellent with easy access. Only issue was my reservation did not process through to the location and they did not show my payment and gates did not open to allow us out. I called the assist line and they remotely let us out of the facility, but I had to call the next day with my reservation confirmation to correct the issue.

What went wrong? The garage didn't let anyone out for almost a solid hour! There was zero reason to trap us in there!

And yes I checked. No one was leaving. I called the number on my parking reservation and complained and within ten minutes the line moved for the first time.

New system seems to be working well. The only issue is after a large event at the DCU if police officers can manage the traffic lights at Foster commercial and Front st at commercial streets the parking deck can be empty out relatively quick!

Same day reservations for my anniversary. Purchase was super smooth as was entry/exit. Thanks!

This worked well. Register with your vehicle's license plate and no ticket was needed, either "in" or "out".

The site to purchase parking online in advance was easy to navigate. Having the QR code to access the garage made for easy entry and exit. There was ample parking. The garage was clean and well lit. An overall great parking experience!

I had the most difficult time entering the garage, the QR would not scan and said it was invalid. Finally, it approved, However when I was exiting (2hour before my exit time) The QR again registered as invalid. I spoke to a representative through the speaker system and he just kept repeating that the QR was invalid. I had confirmation of email payment and when i tried to give him the confirmation number he refused to take it and kept repeating about the QR code. Finally a security person arrived, viewed my receipt of payment and verified I paid and let me out of the garage.

Terrible bought tickets for the event couldn’t even use them smh not happy next time I’ll just pay in person

Parked in handicap spot on level 5. On returning the elevator was not working and nobody was around to report it and nobody was there to answer the phone. My handicapped wife had to sit in the cold for 45 minutes until traffic cleared. All handicapped parking spots should be on street level.

The garage was close to the theater and the restaurant. Easy to get in and out.

Easy entrance and easy exit, using the app and pay for parking in advance.

My barcode opened the gate when I arrived, and did not produce a ticket. So I parked. And on the way out, the parking attendants had to come by and take a picture of my barcode with their phone before forcing the gate to open for me. This whole process just didn't work. And I was holding up the line to exit the garage.
