Very easy to do with the QR code. I appreciated the text reminder of my time expiring soon. Didn't need more time but appreciated the easy way to do that if needed.
Take Apple Pay! I had to enter my credit card information several times. Also had difficulty figuring out which zone I was parked in. Other patrons in the lot had the same complaints. You stand in the... See more

This private parking lot website is misleading. I thought I was paying for 2 HOURS and it was 2 DAYS. I scrolled to 2 without knowing it was data and was charged $30. 3 other ppl had the same thing happen. Ripoff
It was super simple to pay and park and very reasonable!!

It would have been nice to know if my spot was checked out when I left
Directions were pretty clear. I’m not very technically inclined but I still figured it out.
We tried paying on my friends phone and it wouldn't go through so I did it on my phone and then it charged both of us.
Being able to pay with my phone was very helpful. I also like the reminder of the remaking time, etc.
I thought I was purchasing 2 hours, instead I was duped into purchasing 2 days. I thought maybe the lot I parked in was just expensive, until I got a text nearly 48 hours later warning me that I was running out of time in my parking spot. Unbelievable
I parked in a lot next to a wedding venue my nephew was getting married at. I scanned the QR code, entered my vehicle information and selected 4 hours. The total was 45.00 when I checked out. I paid the amount and went to the wedding.
As I was leaving I noticed the back of the sign that the QR code was on had the rates. 2-10 hours $8.00, 10-24 hours $15.00. Still trying to figure out why I was charged so much. Getting in touch with someone to get an answer takes more time than it’s worth.
The “in person” equipment/card reader didn’t work. Wasted time finding out your equipment didn’t work.
