Can always be trusted and is always on time.

We use ParkinGO every time we fly from Cagliari and Olbia. Locations are very close to the airports & the pick up & drop off times are excellent - never more than a few minutes wait. Can thoroughly recommend.

We rented a car from RentSmart24 at Malpensa Airport and initially found the experience promising: affordable rates (under €40/day), a smooth pickup process, and a 24/7 shuttle service.

However, the issues began at check-in. We were required to sign the rental agreement before seeing the car and were pressured to purchase additional insurance. Without it, we were told any minor damage—even a scratch—could result in a €300 fee. With the insurance, our daily rate jumped to around €52/day.

Upon returning the car (outside business hours, as allowed), we followed instructions to leave the keys inside. No inspection was done. A few hours later, we received an unexpected charge for a “missing parcel shelf”—an item that:

Was not present when we picked up the vehicle

Was not listed in the initial condition report

Would have made it physically impossible to fit our luggage

Is not an essential vehicle component

We immediately contacted customer service, explaining all of the above. Their response: we should have reported it missing at pickup—despite there being no mention of the shelf in the documentation. No photos were provided as evidence, and we were charged without the opportunity to dispute the claim.

Even more concerning, a year after our original rental, RentSmart24 attempted to withdraw funds from our account without any notice, explanation, or invoice. After multiple failed calls and being redirected between departments, we still received no resolution.

We have since filed formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

Our recommendation: Avoid this company unless you are prepared to document every detail yourself with photos, and to chase down charges after your trip. There are serious concerns here around transparency, accountability, and post-rental charges.

The valet arrive 1h late i almost most my flight because of Parkingo. On the way back i have to wait agin almost one hour. Never more, the people on the people are not serious and profesional.

We left our car at Florence airport for 2 weeks and while they had the car they damaged my rear fender. When we picked it up they said they would send someone to fix the car. After a few loud discussions back and forth and 2 weeks they picked up the car on 8/27/26 and returned back to us on Tuesday. Overall they did the right thing and we are happy despite the issue.

I use Parkingo every time when I fly from Pisa, the service is always perfect.

More than this - I ran into a traffic problem on my way to the airport and was worried I’d miss my flight. They helped me out by booking a valet service literally at the last second.

Holiday trip, return flight delayed by 5 hours... still no issue with ParkinGO.
1) Easy to book a reservation.
2) Very nice the email reminder the day before with all the references, included a link for the map to easy reach the destination.
3) Always very warm&nice team staff.

We travelled from the UK to Naples. Unfortunately our plane was late in arriving. We telephoned as soon as we landed and explained we were on our way. We were told not to worry. When we arrived at the depot, the really unhelpful clerk said we had "lost our car". No refunds, no cars, no apologies.
We then had to return the airport and hire a car again.
1 weeks rental and added insurance lost.

Arrived as a family of 4. Child seats not available despite clearly stated in the reservation. Left stranded requiring a car at short notice. Rental company now lying saying there was....Enjoy travel have rejected our refund. Why would we lie?

We rented through ParkinGO Fiumicino (Rome) from 28/06 to 05/07. It was dark when we collected the car, so we took a video at pickup — which shows the damage mark was already there. Despite this, we’ve now been charged €330 for it.
We flagged the pre-existing damage and offered our video as proof, but it wasn’t accepted. If their handover checks had been done properly in the first place, this pre-existing mark should have been noted at pickup rather than blamed on us later.
We’re disputing the €330 charge with our bank. If you rent with ParkinGO Fiumicino, film the entire car closely at pickup, even in bad light, it may be the only thing that protects you from being charged for damage that was never yours. Although they will probably ignore it anyway, so I would avoid!

Very efficient organization with helpful and friendly personel at all hours of the day or night.

I will never use this service again. The shuttle driver taking us to the airport apparently thought air conditioning was unnecessary in June in Italy, making the ride extremely uncomfortable. The shuttle driver who picked me up on the return trip to retrieve my car was absolutely awful as well.

The worst part was that he loaded the bags for every other passenger on the van—eight people in total, all of whom were several shades lighter than me. However, when it was my turn, he simply walked away and got back into the van, leaving me to handle my own luggage.

In the future, I will gladly pay the higher price to use ParkVia rather than use this company again.
