Wrong location (20+km)
Got a parking fine because the location was 20+km wrong and apparently I did not notice according to the helpdesk. I used the navigation to get to my destination, so the GPS was accurate. It’s the EasyPark app itself that screwed things up. And again, apparently without me noticing. There is no way to fact check or prove that EasyPark is wrong. Unless you’re taking screenshots of each parking action that you do with the app… Anyway, I abandoned the app.
App crashes all the time
App crashes all the time. You pay for the parking and yet receive a fine afterwards. They have direct debit authorizarion but no they transfer you to incasso with 40eur fine over 5 eur invoice which they could have debited themselves. Disastrous company. Cancelling subscription is another headache.
EasyPark's app incorrectly charged me…
EasyPark's app incorrectly charged me over €70 for parking hours that were legally free. When I corrected the session, they trapped my money as "app credit" instead of refunding it to my bank.
I have tried multiple times to resolve this through the help section, but I am stuck in an endless loop of automated AI replies. There is absolutely no way to reach a human agent, and the bot refuses to acknowledge that this was their technical billing mistake, not a voluntary top-up. I want my money back in my bank account, not held hostage in your app. Fix your support and refund your errors!

Horribile experience. Sold my car and forgot to take it down from the app. Called them and explained that the current session is not mine and they just said you have to deal with it. The session for the random person was 1.5 euro per 20 min.

I was charged €44.41 for 23 hours of parking while I actually parked for only 1.5 hours.
I forgot to stop the session, and while I understand this was my mistake, the system allowed the session to run excessively without any safeguard.
I contacted both EasyPark and the municipality, but neither provided a fair solution.
EasyPark requires proof that is practically impossible to obtain (time, date, and license plate together).
This feels very unfair and customer-unfriendly. I hope EasyPark reconsiders such cases and offers reasonable solutions in the future.
very disappointing experience with EasyPark
I had a very disappointing experience with EasyPark.
On 14 August in Bloemendaal, I was incorrectly charged for parking (tickets #2989381 and #3205946). On 16 September, EasyPark confirmed that the charges were incorrect and that €44.34 would be refunded. I provided my IBAN details the next day.
However, the refund has still not been processed.
I have submitted three complaints through their customer form, sent multiple emails, and called several times. Unfortunately, none of these attempts resulted in a solution or the promised refund.
It is very frustrating that even after the company acknowledged the mistake, the refund has still not been paid. I hope EasyPark will finally resolve this issue.

Easky park i was using from a year
Easky park i was using from a year. With my bussiness account . One day i left after I finish a job on Amsterdam, mentioning that i'm living 200 km away. The second day i was using the phone while i was stop in a gas station and i see the easypark app open and close in backgroud. I check the app and I see that practicly i have to pay for all night and the second day for parking on the same adress where i stop previously at 19. I try to contact the easypark customer asistance , and I talk in chatbot with a person. They told me that i forgot to close the parking , even if im verry carefully at this. 120 euro more to pay. I refuse ofcourse to pay. Months after this i still have the service to pay. 9 euro for nothing. The worst app ever seen. Scammers, and stay carefully with the app if you use the service. It work on background and the fault is obvious -yours.

I give it 1 star due the customer service. I had this app for long time, configured to send me sms every 2 hours when I have active parking session. Last time I did not receive any sms, so that parking session cost me 44 eur when I noticed it. I asked customer support about it and received an answer that they see that sms was sent, and that’s it. But I did not receive anything!
I find this answer completely dissatisfying- something has changed and it cost me a lot of money. I am leaving this app, after many years, there are plenty of competitors.

Refused Prorated Refund After Relocating - Unfair Policy
I relocated from Portugal to Thailand on February 1st, 2026, making it impossible to use EasyPark's service. I requested cancellation on February 4th - just 4 days into the February billing cycle - and requested a prorated refund for the €2.99 monthly subscription fee since I could not use the service for 86% of the billing period.
EasyPark confirmed the cancellation but REFUSED any refund, stating their policy is that "charges already issued are not subject to be refunded."
I sent a detailed dispute citing:
- Service unavailability (relocated to Thailand where EasyPark doesn't operate)
- Early cancellation (only 4 days into the month)
- EU consumer protection regulations
- Basic fairness principles
Their customer service representative Emmanuel simply repeated the same refusal, showing zero flexibility or consideration for the circumstances.
This is an unfair business practice. When a customer cannot physically use a service for the vast majority of a billing period due to relocation, refusing even a prorated refund is unreasonable and potentially violates consumer protection principles.
I'm now forced to pay for a full month of service I used for less than 4 days and cannot use for the remaining 24 days. Their inflexible refund policy prioritizes corporate profit over fair customer treatment.
Potential customers should be aware: if you need to cancel mid-month for ANY reason, you will receive ZERO refund, even if you've only used a tiny fraction of the service period.
No Customer Support
Easypark NL should be flagged as untrustworthy. Their system makes you think you cancelled service with them only to find out the service wasn't and you get notified 1 year later that you have outstanding charges, plus late fees.
You try to discuss with them, but they are unwilling because you closed your account.
