Delivery excellent, quality not so much
The delivery time for the product was amazing! It was dispatched the same day and delivered the following day.
Unfortunately the quality let it down. The picture quality of the image I provided was fine, but the printed design was blurry and looks low quality. It’s disappointing as the product is very expensive for what it is.

Orders are dispatched promptly from us, but once posted they are unfortunately at the mercy of Royal Mail, which can occasionally experience delays outside of our control. I recently bought an advent calender from this company of th**ves. It is utter tat at a premium price. Its worth a fiver at best not £19!! This company clearly put greed before customer. Absolutely shocking price. I would be ashamed to sell such c**p at such ridiculous prices. Disgusting.

I have always used this company for my labels but there was a printing error on my recent one which was a bit annoying. I had asked for the name Pops to be put in brackets as this is what my grandson calls my husband. But it was spelt pops (lower case p) so it was just irritating that it was not spelt how I had requested.

Ordered some personalised bunting for a birthday. The design & quality of the bunting was very good and the turnaround and despatch was extremely swift. If you want to save a bit of time, by all means select the option for the bunting to be threaded, but it's hardly difficult. Thoroughly recommended, thanks guys!.

Great experience. I was last minute ordering face masks and needed them within 24hrs, I spoke to someone and they advised to order on their website and select next day delivery before 1pm. I received by 10am the following day and they were perfect, went down a storm for my other half going on a stag doo. Next day delivery wasn't expensive neither. Thankyou so much, I will definitely order from your company again. Fantastic service :-)
