Paula's Choice Deutschland Reviews 

Except the high prices I feel like customer service was the worst I ever experienced. I had problems w my order and I was indirectly accused of the issues I faced. Don’t know about the products because I returned them.

I ordered for the first time directly from Paula’s choice Germany and it was horrible. They used the worst delivery company possible (Hermes) for their deliveries and my package got delivered a half an hours drive away from my house. I made a complaint with Hermes but also called Paula’s choice. The customer service was terrible, was very rude and they didn’t even offer to give me a solution. I spoke in German with an accent and I also got the feeling that some their customer care was racist and not accommodating. I would recommend that nobody orders directly from the store. A good product RUINED by terrible logistics and customer care in Germany.

As most people have experienced, Paula's Choice's BHA Exfoliant is a relly good and effective product. Therefore, I wanted to try more of their products regardless of their prices, which I did. But unfortunately, a few of their products were pretty bad so i gave my reviews accordingly in their paulaschoice.de website but they seem to be filtering out my reviews. I reviewed first time in English thats why i thought they didn't approve them so later i reviewed again in German but my reviews just don't seem to show up. I've seen bad reviews of some of their products where the customers aren't happy and PC's employees reply to them wanting to help them but i wonder how much of it is actually true and if they just want to look good in front of the customers. Anyways, i found it really shady of them. I guess me venturing out on more of their different products has come to an end.

To be honest Im so frustrated with this company. At first I thought wow finally a brand that works BUT i used it for 2 month now and my skin got even worse! Every time when I used it new pimples would show up and those really hurts so bad that you wanna cry if you accidentally touched them!! They won’t go away either and i never had THAT much of a problem with pimples. The customer service is really bad they told me it is my own fault and that there is nothing wrong with their products. Well jokes on them that they don’t know the writing from the instruction part of the bottle. I would not recommend this brand to anyone because at the end you wasted money and earned pain 🥲
