I found some things were repetitive
I found some things were repetitive, almost every time you are told that you need a treat bag and treats,for me this is unnecessary, you should be able to remember from one day to the next that you will need treats .

An error made at point of purchase.
I mistakenly signed up for what I thought was a one off payment for a lesson in teaching my dog good manners but it turned out to be a continuing subscription that I signed up for and that is not what I wanted.I have since asked for the subscription to be cancelled and the support team did that immediately.
