Excellent, responsive support

When I contacted the team about cancelling my subscription they were very responsive. They listened to the challenges that predicated my need to cancel. Because of how they handled this request I will consider rejoining the PawChamp family when the time is right!

Watch hidden costs / subscriptions not signed for

I initially signed up for trial and then without warning I got a notification to say a further deduction was being made for expert advice. I cancelled my subscription or thought I had.

I have just noticed they have been deducting 2 payments of £38 each month from my account unknowingly.

I have not even used their service as I was so disgusted at the hidden charge when I first signed up.

Avoid or be really savvy when using their site. As you will get tripped up costing you more. I am now out of pocket of approx £300 for something I have never used.

Cannot comment on their effectiveness as I thought just a scam when I got extra charge at initial sign up.

Just want to warn others

Paw Champ is a subscription-based service, and all pricing, renewal terms, and optional add-ons, including Expert Advice, are displayed on the payment screen before a purchase is completed. We do not create subscriptions without a customer's authorization.

I also understand your concerns regarding the two monthly charges and the fact that you did not use the service. In some cases, customers may have more than one active subscription, and I'd be happy to review your account history and clarify exactly what happened.
