Hazel was great
Hazel was great! We've tried everything we can think of but she was able to really explain what's going on and how to tackle it. I actually have hope we can fix this behavior for the first time in years!

Outstanding customer service! I thought a purchase was made erroneously & they made it right. Ultimately it was my error. But they still credited my account & offered a substantial discount for unlimited access to the training. Something they didn’t need to do considering I was the one who was mistaken.
