Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service
Ordered gift for my sister's retirement party this Friday & still do not have gift that I ordered weeks ago.
Sent 6 emails & no response other than someone will get back to you.
NEVER ordering from here & telling everyone to stay away

So far, disappointed........

It has been 4 days since placing my order 5/14/26) and no update has been done. It is suggested I use some app to track. Most places I order will at least send email updates with an estimated time of reaching the address it is going to along with when it ships out. I am disappointed so far. This is a gift for a dear friend who needs encouragement.

Borderline fraudulent return policy

Item took two weeks to arrive, but the main issue is the return policy. It states at the top that they accept returns within 30 days. But 75% down the paragraph it subtly adds that returns cannot be accepted for any items on sale. However nearly EVERY item on their website is “on sale” (i.e., prices are pre-inflated and “marked down” to a normal price for ‘mediocre-quality items)… so their statement that they accept returns within 30 days is essentially a lie. Bad customer service and bad company practices.

VERY slow shipping

VERY slow shipping. Can't comment on item since it still hasn't arrived. Ordered on Jan 15. Not scheduled to arrive for 2 more days. Tracking info is terrible. Guess I'm spoiled by Amazon
