Poor delivery and customer service
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from Peak Supps.
I placed an order which DHL has incorrectly marked as delivered to a collection point. I have visited the collection point in person and spoken to staff, who have confirmed they have not received the parcel.
Despite me explaining this, Peak Supps have simply replied that they do not have access to the collection code and have referred me back to DHL. As the retailer, my contract is with Peak Supps, not the courier. I paid Peak Supps for goods that I still do not have.
Rather than taking ownership of the issue and contacting their courier on my behalf, I have been left to chase DHL myself, who refuse to discuss the shipment with me because I am not the sender. This has left me stuck between the retailer and the courier, with nobody taking responsibility.
Good customer service is measured by how problems are handled, not when everything goes to plan. Unfortunately, I have found Peak Supps' after-sales support to be poor, and I expected far more assistance in resolving an issue with a courier they chose to use.
