Like most do I phoned around before deciding on using Pearce Plumbing Ltd. I found them very professional and helpful, Jamie was especially helpful and friendly. Thank you for going above and beyond my expectations, I'd recommend your company to anyone looking to upgrade their old systems!

Had a leak in the solar thermal station and with the current Heating Oil prices through the roof decided that now was the time to get the system fixed and ready to take advantage of the brighter days. Found the team and initially spoke to Emma, who promptly booked me in for a full system service (and to look at fixing the leak) about a week later. The Guys duly pitched up and promptly set about their system inspection. Not only did they fix the leak, they also spotted two other general water system issues for immediate attention of my regular plumber. So with the service performed and everything running sweetly, Jamie wrote up the summary noting all the issues. They were fabulous! Talked me through all of the issues and sent me photos of the outstanding water system leaks to pass onto the plumber. Really happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend! They now have a new, regular Customer!

Really impressed with the team throughout the process. We had a fault on our system (work carried out by a different contractor). Emma arranged for the team to come out the same day and identify the issue. Great customer service from start to finish, with Jamie and his team having a great technical knowledge. It was a pleasure to deal with this company from the project lady Emma to the onsite team headed up by Jamie. After a substandard previous install by another company, they were able to rectify the issues and improve the system to bring it up to peak performance. I was impressed by the knowledge of the younger 2 guys on the team, in what is a fast paced evolving industry, which to me indicates a company willing to invest in their staff and future.

From the initial survey to installing the air source heat pump communication was excellent. They allowed three days but finished in 2 days. They have done a fantastic job fitting the pump, radiators, towel rail and hot water to sinks. They even fixed a leaky sink. They worked as a team so well, it was like a well oiled machine. Very neat and tidy job. In addition to them doing a great job, they couldn’t have been anymore helpful and overall lovely people to have working in your home. I went out and left them to it. Great company to do business with. Would recommend to anyone.

A big thank you to Jamie and Emma for their speedy response to my heat pump not working on New Year's Day! Jamie came early on Sunday morning to do a thorough service on the heat pump and it is now working more efficiently.

We had an older solar system to heat the hot water. We inherited it with a house move some years ago. Just before Christmas the hot water cylinder in the loft started leaking. Emma was fantastic from the 1st call, she went out of her way to help us try and get the leak stopped including setting up a video call at 9pm. She managed to arrange for Jamie and the team to get to us with Christmas just days away and they worked none stop replacing the cylinder and updating the solar system. This has greatly improved the system and our showers have much better pressure than before. They are an incredibly hard working and knowledgeable firm who I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Highly recommend! Recently had a heat source pump installed by Jamie, Isaac and Josh and honestly they were brilliant. Super friendly, really respectful of the house and just made the whole thing feel easy.

We had a leak about 45 minutes after they left and they drove straight back, late on a Friday night, to sort it for us. You don’t get service like that very often and we were genuinely so impressed.

Would happily recommend them to anyone.

The people at this company are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, they are so hard working, fastidious and trustworthy! They were a pleasure to have around hardly ever stopping for a break. Friendly and helpful. From the first contact with Emma through to the completed installation by Jamie and Billy we received an efficient and stress free experience. The work involved to remove very old cold water tank and emmersion water heater and install a new cylinder system was carried out professionally and to a very high standard. Definitely recommend to anyone requiring any plumbing installation.

Jamie and the rest of the team worked tirelessly from 8 am until 9pm to ensure the installation of the air source heat pump , radiators etc were all ready and working as quickly as possible

A couple of small hiccups (as you would expect) which were quickly dealt with before I could even blink! Otherwise a massive job done to such a high standard!

I have just had an ASHP installed my Jamie and Josh. Everyone in the team, including Emma and Quinton have been a pleasure to deal with. Jamie was punctual and respectful of my property, and even went the extra mile to explain how it all works with a handy video. Emma was very prompt in helping me after the install with a couple of questions I had too. It's made a big difference coming home to a cosy property thanks to the team, would not hesitate to recommend and will be using these guys again for any future works.
