The initial process of dealing with the quote and setting up the time went very smoothly and I would rate this much higher if it was only based on that. However, the pick-up missed the time window by over two hours. I called he number given and could not leave a voice mail as the mailbox was full. I received a tearse text message back. I was then told they were still coming and to wait for the call. When the driver arrived, he was rude, demanding the title to the car before he even completed the check for the car. We demonstrated that we had the title, the keys and that it ran and drove. It took a call to someone else for him to complete the check. We ended up exchanging the check for the the title at the same time like it was a hostage exchange.

Overall, a poor experience.

Be careful which address you enter for the seller on your title. I used one i got from goggle and it caused a problem. Other wise very happy with the service. Thanks Peddle.

Peddle did a phenomenal job of communicating and made it extremely easy to complete the process. Their offer for my vehicle was considerably more than any other I received. The ability to reschedule was incredibly, and the emails providing guidance on how to prepare the vehicle and sign the title were perfect.

After they changed companies to pick up my vehicle, they arrived early, helped me remove my license plates and quickly loaded my vehicle. They had me sign title, paperwork and gave me my check.

Ted made it very easy to just hand over keys and title to him The price was OK. I told him that he was basically getting a van with a rebuilt engine and transmission that had developed an engine noise that I couldn’t afford to track down. If it’s a simple problem, like I suspect, he got a great deal I got rid of a headache

Received a fair quote for my car with a blown engine. Scheduled a quick pick up and the tow company called me to confirm exact time.
Showed up on time, had a check ready, and exchanged title...very quick and professional.
I was very happy with this process.

Peddle gave us what we would expect to get for the car and the towing company contacted me quickly and arranged for pickup in a timely manner. They also helped us with the title instructions for the state regulations, since we weren’t familiar. If it wasn’t for them, we would still be waiting to get rid of the vehicle. Would highly recommend Alan’s Towing and Peddle.

The collection guy was professional and easy going. Once he gave me the check and took the title, he said that he'd handle the rest.

I never thought I would have this great and quick service. At first though, i was skeptical cause on the website, it was so picky in reagrds to the title and we had no idea how to go about it (first time)and i was giving up hope that i could sell my son's truck that was damaged by the windstorm-a tree fell on it: (And i was having a hard time giving in to the price Peddle gave on the truck-it was a brand new 2025 Toyota Truck). But when were able to change the title, I went back again and it went fast and smooth and the truck was picked up quickly. Thank you Peddle for everything.

My first contact with Peddle, They offered me 675.00 for my car. I agreed. An appointment was set for the pickup. Later on I got a message to call to finalize the agreement. The only thing that was discussed was them changing my appoint time. They were late for the pick up. When they finally arrived the purchase price that I got was $175 Less than agreed. I would not recommend using them. After writing this review I got the response that the reason for the reduction was the title was not transferable and the vehicle needed to jump to be started. Both those facts are untrue and my security camera clearly shows the vehicle started by itself with no jump required. I reduced my review to one star from three due to the dishonesty.all the more reason to steer clear of this company.

We needed to sell an older vehicle. I did everything on line in minutes and it was scheduled. I had time to get title notarized at my bank and everything went smoothly when vehicle was picked up.

HERE THE TIME THEY SAID THEY BE. FAIR PRICE I THINK FOR MY VEHICLE. FRIENDLY DRIVER VERY HELPFUL ON WHERE TO SIGN THE TITLE.

Thankful the driver showed as promised. After a misunderstanding, the offer was reduced by $120 due to odometer reading. However the day before I confirmed with customer service at the actual odometer mileage and was assured that the offer would be $695. The driver told my friend because I was not there at the location that I had 5 minutes to figure it out and before I could get off the phone with support after 4 minutes he took off unauthorized with the truck title and keys and left a check for $575.

Peddle is very efficient & their offer for my car was respectful & much higher than others! They made the transfer smooth & their instructions were very clear from title transfer to auto pick up/transport exchange! I’d give them 10 stars if that was an option!

Great customer service! Smooth and easy transaction. Always kept me updated as to when the car would be picked up. No hassles. They were able to buy my junk car with a lost paper title and was paid in cash. I highly recommend them!

It was flawless. I was worried because I wasnt home when they picked up the vehicle. My roommate gave the title and got the check. They gave me the most for my vehicle- everyone else was trying to give e me half of what they gave.

First pickup was canceled because I missed phone calls as I was busy at work. 2nd schedule i was able to convince Pedro to just show up because I'm at work and so is the vehicle so I'm not going anywhere. Once he showed up he checked the title and wrote me a check. Will recommend to everyone.

Quick transaction. I wish the person at Peddle I spoke to told me I had to go get notarized title signature, instead of me having 30 minutes to get that done and submit to transport company. Driver didn't call and come till the end of the time slot. I could have been out taking care of business. Did receive check in hand.
