They offered the best price and the transaction was super simple. They came to the house, I gave them the clean title and the keys and they gave me the check and towed the car away.

They were helpful, professional, polite and prompt -- both the person I spoke with on the phone and the tow truck driver. My only issue was getting the title properly prepared -- instructions could have made clear that a buyer's signature or presence is NOT required, despite some notaries saying otherwise.

Was a very easy and pleasant process. I was a little nervous at first but put at ease since they offered an excellent price for my 2005 Tacoma truck with over 410K miles on it. They coordinated for the towing and everything. I just needed to get my title notarized. Very pleasant and excellent experience. A+++

The process was easy. They made sure that the timing to pick up the vehicle was convenient for us. They sent instructions explaining having the title notarized. We received a call when the tow operator was enroute, and they arrived on time. Great service and cash payment at the time of pick up!

Great communication the entire time from the first time we called Peddle til the truck was picked up! We would recommend Peddle to everyone. The driver Alex did an excellent job helping us sign the title and answering our questions about the process!

I selected a 4-hour pickup window, but the driver arrived approximately 40 minutes after that window had already ended. Throughout the delay, I had to repeatedly call for updates because there was very little communication about what was going on.

What concerned me most was that upon arrival, the driver immediately took the vehicle title, which still had the Release of Liability attached, as well as the keys, before introducing himself or explaining the process. From my perspective, this was a red flag. At that point, I had not received payment, had not been given any information about the next steps, and was watching my title and keys being taken away.

The lack of communication, late arrival, and unprofessional handling of the transaction made for a frustrating experience and left me feeling very uncomfortable with the process.

Very patient and knowledgeable team that will assist you all the way through the process. It took me several months to retrieve my title from another state, however it didn’t change the quality of customer service that was provided each time they checked in with me.

Made selling old car easy. Answer some questions online and they give you a price to purchase your car. Only issue I kinda ran into was getting title notarized. Peddle tells you to leave buyers name blank, and no notary is going to do that. So I just put “Peddle” as the buyer. They picked it up and paid cash.

Great service, easy and quick, was able to Zelle me my cash knowing I could not be with the vehicle when they would arrive. All I had to do was send them a picture of my signed title, and we completed the transaction. I left my title and keys in the car for them to pick up the next day. 5 starts across the board, I will definitely use Peddle again if I have to sell a car.

The driver who picked up my truck went out his way to follow me where I left my bill of sale and title. Couldn't find it so he came back three hours later after I found my paperwork to pick up my truck while he had a busy day picking up other cars in different locations.S/O to the driver who helped me out. I'm selling my other truck so I'm definitely gonna be using this company again.👍

The lady I talked to was not very nice, I told her I wanted te center caps & jack ,she told me we dont do that, I got mad & said no caps no jack you get no title. There was no problem when men picked up the car

The company you paired me with had a broken down truck and could not make the pickup scheduled. Therefore, I had to pay an extra $100 storage fee at the towing lot. Also, you sent detailed instructions and information about providing a title to the salvage company so I overnighted the title to my daughter, as this wreck happened out of state, and it cost $130. Only to be told by the salvage company that they did not require the title. So working with Peddle cost me $230 extra.

Very good experience dealing with Peddle. I received a fair offer for my car and the pick-up happened when they said it would, with a text from the tow truck operator about 30 minutes prior. The driver was very nice and the whole thing took less than ten minutes. Payment happened right there and the title hand-off was easy, due to the video sent prior, so I knew what to do. I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone who has a vehicle they need to get rid of. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 10!

I think the entire process took 6 minutes. The young man who picked my car up was mannerly and professional. Gave him the keys signed the title he handed me the check and it was done. The transaction was quick and painless. Peddle is the way to go if you need to get rid of an old vehicle. I will be telling anyone I know about how easy it was. Pleasure doing business with you. Getting an offer and setting up the appointment initially was very easy. We were selling a car that had broken down about an hour and a half from where we live. We scheduled the pick-up for 11am-3pm on a Friday. The local company that peddle partnered with was super unprofessional. I got a text from someone saying that they were with Peddle, no name for themself, didn’t address me by my name, and didn’t say anything about the make and model of my car. They just said I needed to send a signed front and back photo of my title before they were pick up the car. When I asked for more information to make sure it was legit, they told me I was being a headache and cancelled the pick-up. This automatically reassigned up to a different company that offered a wider time frame than we had originally planned for, 8am-5pm. We were told we would get a call an hour before. We drove to be by the car and waited around for hours without a call. When we called to check-in around 2:30p we were told we’d get a call 30 minutes to an hour before. We ended up being able to change it to an unattended pick-up and I finally got a call after 4pm asking me if there was a gate for where my car was that would be open after 5pm. The car was finally picked up after 5pm… that goodness we didn’t wait around that whole time. The check was mailed to us and luckily they called when we switched the pick-up because the check originally had the pick-up address which was not our legal address. It had to be voided and reissued, then mailed. In the end it worked out fine, but it was more of a headache than the website made it seem it would be.

The price quoted from the website and that I accepted was the amount I was paid in cash when the car was picked up. No questions asked from tow truck driver. Signed some paperwork and signed title and handed them over with the keys and it was gone. Very easy process

Overall it was an excellent service! The offer given was very fair, better than any of the competition was offering and I didn't have to haggle at all over it. The only hiccup was the first email sent after accepting the offer had a checklist and just stated to have the title ready with no mention about having it notarized also. There was additional emails that did state that and I missed reading them prior to pickup. So when they came the next day they had to leave and come back the day after once the title was notarized. Although it delayed the pickup and payment, it was only a day and they still came both times for free and didn't complain about it. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Super easy on line based process. Fast, efficient and best offer received. Pickup was superb. Arrived as planned, personable driver, I turned over the keys & signed title, I got my check, car loaded, secured and all was done. I recommend and would use again without question.
