This is my 2nd time trying Peddle and this was the better experience. A lot of the junk car buyers in my area never responded to my request, so I tried a nationwide chain like Peddle. I tried them one before but with Peddle they partner with different buyers so your experience may vary, the first seller lowered the offer once they came so I rejected it. But I tried another chance with a different car and got a different buyer and had a great experience. I listed all the issues such as car not running, no key, no title, and got a reasonable offer. I then found my title and they increased the amount. The tow guy arrived early on time and I didn’t have to wait the entire wait range, he paid me in cash and took the car away in about 5 minutes. Really great experience and I’d recommend them

The experience with peddle was fairly straightforward and simple enough. However, the vendor they used to come pick up the car gave me a bunch of trouble. It was claimed I did not fill out the title correctly, they wanted me to fill out some other form and wanted pictures of everything. I even told them to get off my property because I didn’t feel that this was a legit transaction. The service then asked to sign into my personal Wi-Fi at my home, I told him no. They put their metal clipboard on the hood of my wife’s car (not the one they are picking up) I had to tell him to remove that before he scratched the paint. Eventually, they relented and accepted the title as is without any further issue, but it took over 45 minutes for this to happen. very disappointed in this end of the process.

Rob was very polite and helped me out with my title that was lost in a recent move. Peddle also offered a much more reasonable amount of money compared to other services. Particularly Pull & Save offered almost nothing although they still took the car through Peddle in the end.

Suprisingly, this was an great experience. I was skeptical, but I filled out the online form and got a quote of over $700 for my car.

I expected them to show up ad try to pencil whip me into a lower payout based upon some flimsy excuse, but they did not.

The driver kept me informed of when he was going to arrive. He was slightly early and notified me that he was running about 10 minutes early.

When arrived, he greated me and asked if I had the title. I showed him the signed title. He handeed me for the full $700 plus that was offered to me after I competed the short online application.

Need cash and have a car you do not need, I highly recommend Peddle.

One last note - this was the offer they gave me for a car with the transmission out and a dead battery that was broken down on the side of the road in the backwoods of Alabama, an hour away from civilization.

They had me take pictures of the car twice so I did then they said my title was non transferable. And that is flat out wrong they just didn't want to complete the deal they made with me and that is fine just call it what it is you don't have to lie about it so I will never use this service again the price was way low and I could sell one part off of the car and make what they are offering but I was ok with it so they can make money to but they aren't worth the pile of ---- I stepped in earlier

There were questions to answer specifically about the car. We received a fair quote, and accepted it. Within a short time, we received a call to schedule the pickup of the car at our home. That was the next day, after we followed simple instructions about the title. Tow truck driver took pics of the car, sent them to be verified, took the title with him, and handed us the check. Everyone was very helpful & explained everything over the phone and in emails. It was a great experience all around!

Still waiting to see if the buyer is going to title the car in their name.

Honest and went through as planned. Quick and easy! Just make sure you have your title (not just lien release) 😊

The good: Peddle offered the best price and the online interface was easy and quick.
The bad: However, the instructions for preparing the notarized title for transfer on Peddle’s site for my state (PA) was way out of date. I had to learn the hard way and go to the title place twice having found out that I specifically needed the buyer’s formal business name to put on the title before it could be notarized.
Also, the time windows offered to pick up the car are a farce. They were not confirmed with the actual company that agreed to pick up my car. The towing company came 2 hours past the designated 4 hour time window. I also later learned from the tow company that I didn’t have to wait with the car for them to arrive. I just needed someone, anyone present, to give them my notarized title. And then the tow company could pay me remotely by Venmo.
Just a big waste of 6 hours + of my day waiting around and to learn all this. Losing a precious day of work and income.
Be sure to get your time window confirmed with the tow company in advance. And learn if you actually have to be present for the transfer. Lessons well learned.

Person picking up the vehicle was very friendly and there service from peddle was great from began to end and I like how they send a short video of where to sign your title tell you what you need to have ready when service arrives good people I would go threw them again if anyone who wants there old vehicle gone this the place 5 star price they gave me wasn't bad either and they give your payment right away when you turn your vehicle over to them fast and easy

It was quick fast and easy, they call upon arrival, have u sign the title give you the money thats it they fi the rest themselves

The driver was extremely professional and very kind. I handed him the title of the vehicle and he, in turn handed me a check. I asked a number of questions about the process and he was more than happy to talk to me about everything. Thanks Peddle. You made the whole process from beginning to end painless.

Would of been 5 stars but after I accepted my offer it gave directions of what to do next. It said that the title needed to be notarized and for me to have it ready for pickup. I had to drive to town to get it notarized and cost me $10 plus gas. As soon as I got back home I received a text saying that I didn't have to do nothing with title till after pickup. Then it said they would give me a paper to take to the County Clerks office along with my title to have it junked. A little better on directions would of saved me time and money. Other then that it was very easy and quick.

Getting an offer was easy. Setting up a conveniently pickup time and the tutorial on transferring title was very helpful. The only issue I had was the pick up was scheduled between 11a-3p. At 250p I called to see where the driver was, and they said they or the driver would call me back. 20 minutes later no one had called me. So called again. They told me he was 30 minutes away. The pickup driver showed up just before 4p. The exchange was smooth but the extra hour wait time ate into my sleep time. I work nights Spent all day waiting for the pickup.

We had a great experience with Peddle. Once we had the title the car was picked up and was handed a check. Super easy.

This was super easy. They kept me informed as to when the driver would arrive. Even sent videos on how to sign the title properly.

The pick-up was on time and was easy to schedule
The price was established in advance and did not change
The instructions on steps before picking up were clear (notary, filling out title etc)

Loved the online experience. Very slick. But a 4 hour pick up window is hard to work around. Then, once the window was open, I got a text about showing the title before pick up. What a hassle! Get it together, if you want to see the title first, do it before the pick up window opens.
