So my car died and the engine was shot. I had just put new $1500 tires on my car too. I was lucky to find peddle that not only paid me for my car but also towed it away. I didn't get much, but it was more than I thought i might get. The only issue I had was the first driver that was going to retrieve my car asked me to send him a photo of my documents (my title etc) and that is a reallllly bad idea. I didn't feel safe giving him a pic of my title before he picked up my vehicle l. So he refused to pick it up. So i called the company and spoke to someone immediately. They set me up with a new company that was supposed to come that day (friday) because my car was at a mechanic shop that I couldn't keep it at. They ended up coming Monday. But at least they picked it up. And left my check with the mechanic. So, yes, i did have a tiny issue, but it was resolved and got paid for my car. In the end i was happy with the experience!

I was very surprised. Everything was perfect. They gave me a price on the computer. It was higher by far then anyone else. I called and they told me where to sign the title. The tow truck drive called and came on time. We talk for a few minutes and he drive off.

Overall, it was a fairly simple process. I got a quote online, accepted it, and scheduled a pickup for the same day. Unfortunately, the pickup company never showed up. I contacted Peddle the following day and they rescheduled the pickup with a different company, which picked up my car in the scheduled window. Handed over the title and keys, got a check, and all was done. Easy-peasy.

Super easy quick process. Answered some simple questions online about the car’s condition and was able to schedule pickup for the very next morning. Make sure you know your mileage because we initially guessed higher, then checked and put in the correct mileage. It literally increased our payment $15. Tommy of Little T’s Towing was sent out to us for pickup and his service was fantastic. We handed over our signed and notarized title and he gave us a check before driving away with the car. From us first looking at the site to completing the entire process was 18 hours or less, from Sunday night to a holiday Monday, no less. Highly recommend Peddle!

Easy pickup, Transfer of title, and payment!

Incredibly easy and quick process. They show up, take the title and give you a check. Straight forward and saved me a lot of hassle trying to sell it through other means.

Rob the driver was really friendly and patient and explained the process very good, the process itself was painless and straight forward, received my check when I turned in the vehicle title, Peddle directed how to sign the pink slip closing the sale. Thanks Peddle.

Peddle advertised no title no problem, but it was a problem. I even called and spoke with a live representative to ensure I had what I needed to received offer price of $570. When they came to pickup car they only paid me $240. I called again before they took the car and the representative at first said no they should pay you the $570, but then looked up and said sorry not in Illinois. They did not live up to the $570 offer.

I was able to get the purchase quote provided and the notifications we consistent.
However the salvage company did not follow the time slot I reserved. I got a call from the driver that he was at the house. I had to call the salvage company to plead to wait till I got there. They wanted to reschedule because the driver was busy. However they complied with the time and allowed me to get there. Went to salvage company to transfer title and get paid.
Other than that..All was good.

Not sure if it was Peddle or the towing company. I claimed my car didn't have a battery/ needed jumped, so when they tried to verify the mileage, there wasn't any dash lights. This could have easily been solved with a jump from either my other vehicle or the tow truck, but instead of saying something they just cut my offer in half without any notice. The driver could have easily said he couldn't get a mileage, and I could have solved that, but I wasn't given any notification. I received a text that the mileage wasn't verified and that the driver would tell me the next steps and then he looked at me and gave me a new, much lower, offer. All this was after I had to notarize the title that I was selling to them, so I was stuck. I either accepted the new offer or go through the process of getting a new title. Really felt like a bait and switch tactic. Otherwise, it was pretty simple to use.

Jesus the tow truck driver was amazing!!!! Extremely helpful, very nice to talk to very informative helped me with my title. The process was very easy. I would recommend highly to anyone that asked.

HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT.
Majorly disappointed in Pebble - I have never been led on and then rejected by a company like this before.

I was approved in every way until being declined when the tow truck was sending in documentation of my NC title (which is in my name, no liens, no salvage, etc.) I followed Peddles instructions on signing my title, but was told it was unacceptable due to the way a CA notary handled the document. I went back to the same notary public and was told they were legally required to sign my title in their manner.

With the notary public on the phone, we got in touch with a Peddle customer service rep. who put us on hold and then HUNG UP ON US. We called back and the next customer rep told us that "our title department representative won't take your call - they told me no reason why. And we are cancelling your offer."

Thank you Peddle for the lead on, making me wait on the tow truck to get declined, making me pay to get a notary, making me go back to the same notary the next day to dispute, hanging up on my call, cancelling my offer, and giving me no explanation.

Horrible ethics and customer service. I hope an administrator reads this because I would be embarrassed if my employees treated customers like this.

Very easy, quick and straightforward! I entered my vehicle info, accepted the offer, and scheduled the pickup. Shortly after, got a call from the local salvage yard with confirmed pickup time. The tow truck came the next day, I handed over the signed title, was handed cash, and they towed it away!

Gentleman tried to take my other working car (also a tiburon).
Short changed me by $5 dollars from $485 to $480 in cash.
Once we stopped them from taking the wrong vehicle, I was informed that the tiburon sale couldn't be sold at the price established due to claim of a after market CC. CC is not aftermarket but exhaust was repaired from rusting. He asked me to take an immediate pay cut for which I promptly said no and demanded my title and keys back and gave the tow truck operator the $480 in cash he initially handed over for the transaction.

Therefore, while I received an receipt from Peddle, the car was not taken nor was I paid the agreed upon price of $485.

Complete dishonesty.

Easy online vehicle pickup scheduling, fast online price quote to buy vehicle. I chose pickup date and time of day. Pickup time window was 4 hours (understandable). Driver called me with his ETA update when he was about 15 minutes away. Actual in/out transaction time for me was 15-20 minutes (notarized title, keys, get paid, load vehicle) and go.

Was a quick and simple way to get some cash back for my car! Like any process it had its hiccups, mostly getting the Title right, so that was on us. Peddle did a great job of communicating and so did their partner that did the physical pick up! You hand them the clear title and the keys and they hand you a check for the agreed amount.

Selling my 2005 Toyota Corolla on Peddle was much easier than expected and I received a very fair offer. Scheduling the pickup was simple and the local pick up agent was great to work with. Honestly, I would have given 4 stars but my bank put a 7 day hold on the check. That was unexpected. With that in mind, I would still use Peddle again. Important tip is to follow all of the instructions they provide regarding the title paperwork and be super honest about the condition of the car.

They called before they left to come pick up my car. The dude knocked on the door when he arrived & all I had to do was give him the key & title, receive the check and while he was loading up the car I was already getting the check reviewed on my mobile bank app. I got the money before he even left the lot.

Fast, fair and easy. Only issue was with title and knowing the address to put onto the title doc. A quick phone call solved that.

Peddle made the whole experience stress free. Great instructions on what to do with the title, and pickup was easy to schedule at my convenience. Paid what they said and driver was very nice.
