The overall experience was good, the money wasn't very much but I didn't have time to deal with selling the vehicle and wanted it gone. The person that picked it up was friendly and they came back to remove another vehicle that I couldn't get a title for.

Peddle.com and the towing staff that picked my car up were all very professional. Although the website is convenient and easy to navigate for getting an evaluation, the actual human experience with the tow driver made the icing on the cake. On the website, just answer the questions as to the details about ownership/title and the condition of your vehicle, and blink. The offer is made and in my case I had compared it with other junk car dealers and their offer was the highest and quickest. (FYI, if you do a trade-in to a car dealer, you would get more of a benefit toward your new purchase if you needed another vehicle. But if you just want to get a car off your hands and get some quick cash, Peddle.com is the way to go!)
I needed this vehicle to be picked up from the auto repair shop, and that experience was hassle free with no charge by Peddle.com. The tow person (Wya?) checked the vehicle, hooked it up, gave me a check, I gave him the signed title, and the process was complete. Easy.

They got here on time picked up my car. I handed them the keys in the title. They handed me the check and if they went super easy super fast.

I signed up with them through a link from social media. The asked me some basic questions, a few drop-down menus and standard info on the condition of my car. They instantly gave me an offer. I accepted and scheduled them to come pick up my car. I gave them the title and they gave me the payment check. I deposited the check and it was done. So easy and seamless I couldn't believe it. Highly recommend!

Peddle made me an offer which I accepted then they decided to reduce the offer by $200 saying it was a Flex fuel vehicle not gas even though the title says Gas. I needed the car gone and didn’t see any dispute option so accepted the new offer but was disappointed.

Overall, we had an easy and no hassle experience. We filled out the paperwork online, scheduled our appointment so we can hand over the car/title/key, and they towed away the car at a later time. We received all the information for ownership update for the DMV site. Joshua provided the payment check when we handed over the title/key. Joshua was professional and punctual. All in all, we would recommend the business!

My husband’s Kia had issues, and it was going to cost much more $$$ to fix than the car was actually worth. Honestly, I’d never been in this position before. My parents had, though, and I remember them selling cars like this to a junkyard for minimal $, but it solved the problem of getting rid of the vehicle — with the bonus of a few extra dollars.

So, I did what everyone does now: I went to the internet.

I started with the obvious companies, including Carvana. We actually bought this Kia from Carvana, so they were a natural place to start. I filled out their online form, disclosed EVERYTHING about the vehicle and its issues, and they confirmed they would take it.

Except when someone came out and test drove it, they wouldn’t.

Apparently, the issue with the vehicle crossed some threshold that meant Carvana couldn’t accept it. That’s fine. What wasn’t fine was that one of us had rearranged our life to be home for the appointment after we had already disclosed the condition of the car.

So, back to the internet I went.

At this point, my expectations were pretty simple: Please just take this car off my property. 😂

I clicked through several companies before I landed on Peddle, and immediately their website stood out because it was so incredibly straightforward. They told me exactly how the process worked, what could happen to the vehicle afterward, that pickup was free, that they paid on the spot, and — most importantly — that the online offer was a real offer. No red tape. No haggling. No unnecessary phone calls.

And that is EXACTLY how it worked.

I answered a few questions about the Kia and its condition and had an offer within minutes. Not an “estimated” offer that would be renegotiated once someone showed up — an actual offer. I had seven days to think about it, with no pressure.

Then came the part where I was still waiting for the catch.

The driver arrived, verified that the vehicle matched what I had reported, I signed over the title, he handed me a check, loaded up the Kia and left.

I really wish everything else in life worked this easily.

What impressed me most about Peddle wasn’t just that they bought a vehicle that needed significant repairs. It was that the experience they advertised on their website was the experience they actually delivered. I told them what I had. They told me what they would pay. They showed up. They paid it. They took the car away.

No games. No surprises. No suddenly changing the offer.

If I ever find myself with another vehicle that costs more to repair than it makes sense to spend, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Peddle again.

​The form I had to fill out was very user-friendly, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. There were plenty of appointments available and clear instructions sent via email and text. Abdiel came on time to pick up the car after calling and texting before he arrived. I gave him the title and keys, and he gave me the check. A very smooth experience overall!

Great experience using Peddle for the first time. Easy to enter vehicle details, they gave a decent offer, and it was really easy to accept and schedule the pickup.

Pickup day came, tow company called ahead of time and was very professional and the driver was nice. He looked at the mileage, matched the VIN with the title, had me sign, handed me the check for the agreed upon amount, loaded up the car and drove off. In and out in about 15 minutes.

I mobile deposited the check right after he left and the money was cleared and in my account same day. I would absolutely recommend Peddle to others.

Price - changed mulitple times. Initially, one price was committed. I could not find my title, then they reduced the price. Next day, I found the title, but they did not honor the original price, they gave less than the original price.

Peddle made the process of selling my car so easy. I didn’t want to deal with haggling, perspective buyers, and listing my car on multiple sites. Peddle eliminated all of that. They just showed up at my door with a check, and I handed them the keys and a title……. It’s that simple.

There was confusion about the pickup time at my dealer, Penske Buick. It was embarrassing that the car wasn't picked up as sceheuled; the driver said he would be back but didn't return. More concerning, my check was left at the dealer. I felt that was inappropriate, as the fee I received (I could not find my title) was NOT their business
