Peddle made the process of selling my car so easy. I didn’t want to deal with haggling, perspective buyers, and listing my car on multiple sites. Peddle eliminated all of that. They just showed up at my door with a check, and I handed them the keys and a title……. It’s that simple.

There was confusion about the pickup time at my dealer, Penske Buick. It was embarrassing that the car wasn't picked up as sceheuled; the driver said he would be back but didn't return. More concerning, my check was left at the dealer. I felt that was inappropriate, as the fee I received (I could not find my title) was NOT their business

I selected your service based on reviews. I understand you use local vendors, but the confusion and check-related issues reflect on your firm.

Please note: the call center tried to help clear up the confusion.

Simple and easy. Cleared the crap out of my truck. Took the license plate off, signed the title, handed it over to the driver with the keys, received a check, went in the house and watched that rusty money pit roll away.
I'll definitely do business with Peddle again if I end up with another lemon or Ford. The terms are interchangeable.

Solid experience. The only work I had to do was get a notary sign my title. Besides that got my check and said a tearful goodbye to Bruce yes I named my car. Wait you don’t smh. Anyways we had a good run. Glad to have peddle to get something for him and hope he lives on for someone else that has the money to keep him running.

They made it so easy. Even without the title, they still bought the car. Gave me an excellent price and towed it away very easy. The tow driver was wonderful, and I will always use pedal. If I have a car I need to get rid of you should try it, they'll never let you down.

It was very easy, however, you must give more info about title transfer. In my case, I wasn't sure who the buyer was! I used the Peddle address in Texas because Ohio law requires a buyer and their address must be listed and notarized! It all worked, that was my only concern, thank-you, sincerely, JS

They reached out almost immediately. I’ve been trying to get rid of my old car for the past year and no one would take it. And the moment I put all my information into peddle they gave me an instant fair and reasonable offer. The pick up was easy the handoff between the title and the payment was easy. And I especially liked that the driver kept me updated on when he was on his way and when he got stuck in traffic he immediately contacted me.

I needed to sell my car quickly and was searching for options online. I’d never heard of Peddle. The process of evaluating my car was easy and straightforward. There were clear instructions for how to get my title released. The scheduling was flexible. The guy from the tow company was polite and professional. My battery had died and he gave it a jump to get my mileage and then wrote me a check. I don’t know if I could have gotten more
money another way, I’m not an auto expert, but this was quick and simple. I’m very pleased with my experience.

I was incredibly disappointed in the towing company assigned to pick up my vehicle.
First, they confused my request to be for the day prior.
Second, after confirming the day and pick up time window both online and over the phone, I was contacted 3.5 hours prior to my confirmed window that he would arrive "in 30 minutes".
Third, I expressed that time was 3 hours prior to the confirmed window and that I was utterly unavailable and incapable of being there prior to the the confirmed window. He curtly responded with he would "do what [he] can".
Fourth, at the end of my pick up window time, I received a call that my original driver "couldn't make it" and requested to reschedule for another day. I explained that this was the final day I had access to that location, as we had sold it, and I needed it picked up as confirmed.
After much back and forth, I was told they could come if I waited an additional 2.5 to 3 hours, which I could not do.
I was then offered the option to leave the keys/title and have the check mailed to me, which I accepted.
It is good that I did not wait, as the pick up arrived 5 hours and 23 minutes *after* the end of the confirmed pick up window.

Overall, (if my check arrives) 8/10 for Peddle, but 2/10 for the tow company.

Would encourage Peddle to re-examine that contract

Peddle was easy to work with. I made one call, answered a short series of questions, and was told what Peddle could pay me for my car. They scheduled a local tow truck to get the car. Unfortunately, the company missed the first two scheduled meetings, so Peddle found another towing company. That appointment worked like a dream! I provided the title and the tow truck driver gave me a check for exactly what we had agreed on in the first phone call.

Friendly, on time, easy transfer

Only issue - website says will take vehicle with or without title. Driver said must have title.

This process was fast and easy! Got my offer Monday night and they picked up my car on Wednesday morning as promised. I gave the driver the car, keys, and title and he wrote me a check on the spot for the expected amount! I wish I would have done this months ago!

The driver called me and texted me I was getting emails he was on his way. When he showed up he couldn't have been any nicer. Very polite. Asked to see the title and he said I'll go write you a check. Easy peasy

We decided not to invest in expensive engine maintenance for a 2009 model year vehicle. We received incredibly low trade-in offers from dealers so we decided to find an alternative way to sell our vehicle. After comparing a few online quotes, Peddle came in with the best offer. We were able to quickly arrange same day pick up from our home. Our driver called ahead and arrived within the advertised window. He was very polite and simply verified the VIN and condition of the vehicle, gave us a check, and was on his way. He also helped us complete the title transfer accurately -- it couldn't have been simpler!

In short: awful.
The estimate process isn’t saved; I had several reference codes throughout a single transaction. Customer support is an AI unless you HAPPEN to chat with them during business hours. If your pick up is 3-8 PM, you have two hours to get in touch with Peddle. Otherwise, you’re out of luck, in 55° rain. Your experience will rely heavily on the local service partner. Mine had been literally incompetent: I got called for someone else’s pickup. My own pick up was an hour and a half after the scheduled pickup window, and even then, I learned that I shouldn't leave the area after double-texting the dispatcher…. Who allegedly wrote a message quickly, but didn’t send it until i checked back in. Again, my service partner doesnt answer incoming calls. The driver will answer the same questions you answer during the online estimate. Don’t be concerned when they ask for the title before confirming the amount; they gotta SEE the title to start the pickup.

Ease of filling out form. Took 2 minutes. Got an offer.
Accepted it. They arranged the pickup, and the driver verified the VIN agaisnt my notorized title, and gave me cash. Couldn't have been easier. I was satisfied with the offer.

I got a offer online for my 97 4runner and It was more than I thought it would be. Because I really just wanted some money for a down payment on something else. So I encourage anyone to do this. I just Googled will someone buy a junk car? They met me at my mechanics shop & I signed the title and the driver Ron gave me the payment in form of a check. Very very pleased with my experience

The whole experience was smooth, from logging in all info online to getting an offer. everything was good. Drivers were able to pick up not many questions just Title and keys and was handed payment for the car. Offer was good compared to other companies that was paying about $200.00 less so definitely worth finding peddle got some extra cash back into my pocket. Thank you

Failure to reinstate the original contract agreement, as the title needed to be reissued by the PA bureaucracy!
