It was relatively easy to input the vehicle info and receive an offer. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the inability to talk to a real person when something came up. I was selling the vehicle for a buddy who passed away and I am his court designated personal representative. This is not a routine situation and the tow truck driver, though very nice and helpful, was not familiar with what the actual requirements were for signing the title over.

Wish I had the title to maybe get paid more but Facebook market seller never mailed it. Happy Peddle took the bill of sale so I could get rid of the cash car. Unfortunately damaged the front end after only having the car two months.

I was skeptical, as I've never heard of this company. They handed me a check, I handed them the keys and signed title, and they left with it. They gave me double what the salvage yard would have. Will definitely do business with them again! I highly recommend this company!!

I WAS GIVEN AN ONLINE QUOTE. AN EMAIL WAS SENT WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS: EMPTY CAR. SIGN TITLE, ETC. ANOTHER EMAIL WAS SENT BY THE LOCAL CO. HIRED TO PICK UP CAR TO CONFIRM APPT. ON THE DAY, THEY WERE ON TIME, NO QUESTIONS ASKED (OTHER THAN PERTITENT) NO HAGGLING, NO SCAM. THE RIGHT AMOUNT PAID. As a neurodivergent i appreciated the straightforward interaction.

I heard about this company on the Internet and at first I was skipped when I did the offer. I was actually shocked because nobody wanted to offer me more than $250.

Once I called the only thing I had to do was to get the title notarized. They were fast and helpful picking up my car. Received a good price and would recommend.

Had an issue with my title but got a new one a month later. At that time I had to resubmit to get a new offer. My offer was 25% lower. How does a cars value drop by 25% in a month? Overall the process was simple and easy.

What caused worry was I failed to fill out the odometer reading on the title, and the person who picked up my car did not fill it out either as he was explaining the process. This is the first time I used Peddle.com, therefore, I was not fully prepared. If Carlos advised me to fill out the odometer reading, needless worry could have been avoided and I would have been completely satisfied.

All i did was answer a few questions. Set up a time, and fill out the title. The driver called the morning of and showed up and too my old car away. It was very easy. I definitely recommend it.

Very smooth. Online quote was quick and easy, set up the pickup time, basically next business day with a 4hr window. The driver called within the 2hr. Loaded up to the tow truck, gave the keys and title, and he gave us the check per the quote.

I was truthful on my car's condition when I answered the questions to get a quote. The quote was $865. I took that deal. When the tow truck came to pick up my car, he only offered me $600. I was irrate. I took the lower deal because I couldn't park the car on the street another night. I could have had someone else come to buy the car for $700. It was all too late. I was very unhappy.
Also later on, I found the title to my car which I had signed and gave to the tow truck driver in the road up the street at the corner. They lost my title. I think it blew out the window or they tossed it out the window. I was feeling like I was scammed. I was going to contact Peddle customer service regarding it. I then got this survey.

It was easy to do on phone, only drawback was it was aggravating when it said my Vin number didn't match the car even when I checked the car itself and the title. I had to call peddle to finish the transaction. After that everything went smoothly.

Issue with a title and talked to them about it eventually. They told me they would give me an extra 150 dollars once i got it delivered. .Iwent out of my way to go get it taken care of at fedex. Messaged back and no reply or anything. Its been almost a week.
